  • Misleading or Unbalanced Advertisements: Content that highlights high returns without explaining the associated risks, or promises “guaranteed” or “risk-free” results inappropriately.
  • Hidden Identity or “Catfishing”: Representatives posting anonymously, using pseudonyms, or failing to clearly disclose their full name and affiliation with Financial Alliance.
  • Inappropriate Online Conduct: Unprofessional behavior, harassment, or pressure-selling tactics encountered during online prospecting or digital engagements.
  • Missing Disclosures: Advertisements that hide important terms, conditions, or risk warnings.
