|什么是SRS|

SRS（Supplementary Retirement Scheme）是指新加坡退休辅助计划，始于2001年，是一个自愿开户的补充退休储蓄计划。政府设立这个项目的目的是帮助新加坡公民，永久居民，和外国人开始建立他们的退休计划。

MOM公布2022年的7月1号起，法定的退休年龄从62岁提高到63岁。如果大家在今年的7月1号之前，开立了SRS账户并往里面存进去一块钱的话，那我们就可以在62岁开始领取SRS账户中的退休金，那么如果错过了7月1号之前的日期，我们至少要等到63岁以后再领取SRS账户中的退休金，才可以享受到相应的税务折扣。

政府也准备在2030年将新加坡的法定年龄提高到65岁。这就是为什么要现在开通SRS账户锁定当前的法定退休年龄以便可以尽早提款。

|谁可以加入SRS？|

新加坡公民，永久居民 和在新加坡工作的外国人士均可参加。

|SRS的好处|

SRS最大的好处就是减税。

每年只要在12月31号之前把钱存入SRS账户，明年报税时便可从纳税收入中减去这个数额。公民和永久居民最多可享受S$15,300的税收减免。外国人最多可享受S$35，700新币的税收减免。

比如公民当年的纳税收入是SS$100,000，并在当年存入S$15,300到SRS账户。那么下一年缴税时纳税收入就会减 S$15,300。节省的税是S$1760($15,300×11.5%)

请注意，我们个人所得税减免限额是为每年8万新币。

|SRS的注意事项|

1. 在法定退休年龄（2022年7月1号前是62岁，7月1号起是63岁）之前从SRS账户提款，要补交之前省下的税金还要补交5%的罚款。当然如果是取钱出来作为医疗用途或者身故当做遗产取出，是豁免罚款的。另外外籍工作人士，只要开设SRS账户10年以上，如果将来离开新加坡，也可以在62岁前，一次性取出而不用交罚款。

2.在法定退休年龄之后一次性取出SRS的钱，需要补齐50%的应缴纳个人所得税。比如说我们在一年内从SRS账户取出6万新币，我们只需要对其中的3万进行缴税。但是只要每年取出不超过4万新币的话，则完全免税。

|如何开通SRS账户？|

新加坡公民，永久居民 和外国人士都可在OCBC, UOB, DBS三家银行开通或者网上直接开通。非常方便。例如：网上搜索DBS SRS，在”Get started with SRS”下方选择“Apply now”即可开通。

|如何用SRS进行投资？|

SRS账户不享受和公积金一样高息。每年可获得0.05%的银行利息。我们存入SRS账户中的资金，每年可获得0.05%的银行利息。所以存在SRS的资金一定要拿来做投资，尽量去获取高收益。SRS户头可进行的8项投资，以增加我们的退休投资组合。

  4. 房地产信托基金REITs
  5. 新加坡储蓄债券
  6. 基金
  7. 保险产品（如退休年金险等）
  8. 定期存款
