面临断保，怎么办？

我们上一期保险配置思路里面就聊过，保险是一个长期的产品，它的保障期和缴费期都是比较长的，所以保费最好是不要超过收入的10%，否则，就算短期来看不是问题，长期来看断保的风险也会增大。

但我们生活中总是会发生各种难以意料的事件，遇到或长或短的财务困难，这也无法避免。所以，一旦我们发现保费缴纳有困难，应该咋办呢？这里我先说一 下结论，不要直接退保，直接退保是下下策。直接退保之前，我们其实还是有其它的选择。下面我们聊聊其它的选择都有些什么。

 

  • 可以将保单的保额向下降级，保额降低，保费当然也就会相应减少。保费减少到我们可以负担得起的程度，当然就可以继续了。等以后财务状况好转，我们再想办法购买新的保险。但是注意这个向下降级的过程是单向的，不可逆转的，只能向下降级，不能再向上再升级。这是通过降低保障额度来缓解困难的一种方法。

 

  • 有一些保单是有现金价值的，投保人可以用现有保单的现金价值作为一次性保费，购买保额不变、保障期间变短的定期保险。保障期间减为多少长短，要视这张保单所拥有的现金价值的多少而定。这是通过缩短了保障期来缓解目前财务困难的一种方法。

 

 

  • 有一些带有现金价值的保单，你可以用这个保单做为抵押向保险公司贷款从而缴付保费。注意这个方法只适合很明确短期内可以度过财务难关的家庭，不然不要轻易使用。

 

  • 跟保险公司联系，保险公司跟你是一条船上的，它们也不希望你断保，一般都会尽可能提供各种帮助的。我们不是保险公司第一个遇到财务困难的客户，也不会是最后一个，所以保险公司是有一套成熟的系统来帮助这种遇到财务困难的客户的。

 

 

既然我们还有这么多的选择，那么直接断保一定是下下策。所以，遇到困难，首先是跟你的保险经纪人联系，阐明问题所在，找到解决方法。如果因为各种各样的原因，已经找不到当初的保险经纪人，你也可以直接找保险公司的客服，他们同样可以为你提供帮助的。
