在新加坡，结婚/离婚对于遗嘱和公积金指定的影响

最近帮客户做遗嘱传承，有两个关于婚姻对于遗嘱和公积金受益人提名的影响的知识点想分享给大家。

我们先来说结婚，在新加坡，结婚会让你婚前订立的遗嘱和公积金提名自动撤销。是不是很吃惊？因为婚姻会引入新的家庭成员，新家庭成员包括配偶和将来可能的子女，而一般情况下，婚前订立的遗嘱是不会包括这些新的家庭成员的，所以会被自动撤销。那为什么遗嘱里不包括配偶或者将来可能的子女，就不行呢？因为新加坡法律认为遗嘱需要对受抚养人做出充分的安排和照顾。这个受抚养人就包括配偶、未出嫁的女儿、未成年的儿子和因为身体或精神上的残疾而无法独立生活的子女。所以结婚后，大家要记得及时的修改遗嘱和公积金受益人提名。

再来说离婚对于遗嘱和公积金提名的影响。多数人可能以为一旦离婚，公积金和遗嘱的受益人提名也就跟结婚一样，跟着婚姻状况的转变而自动撤销。事实恰恰相反，离婚后，遗嘱和公积金提名会维持不变。如果你不想今后把财产给到前配偶，那你需要记得去修改遗嘱和改变公积金受益人指定，或者当你再婚时，以前的遗嘱也会被撤销掉。

所以我们总结成一句话，就是遗嘱以及公积金受益人提名是，结婚失效，离婚不变。
