什么是索赔补偿(Claim Recovery)？

目前，超过70%的新加坡居民，都拥有一份个人综合健保计划（IP），主要用于住院医疗费用保障。
而作为受雇工作人士，一般也都会有一份雇主提供的公司集体住院保障计划（GHS）。
在住院事件发生时，如果个人健保计划被优先索赔，事后，个人可以凭报销单据，向公司集体住院保险，提交索赔补偿Claim Recovery。
也就是说，通过公司集体住院保险，把个人住院健保赔付的部分给补偿回来，这样个人综合健保计划的保障额度就不会受影响。
目前，有些保险公司，还会对完成索赔补偿的个人以资鼓励。
