干货分享，新加坡孕期保险

孕期是女性生命中非常重要的阶段，不仅需要关心自己的身体状况和情绪变化，还要为即将出生的宝宝做好准备。在新加坡，孕期保险被许多初次为人父母的家庭所关注，它能够为孕妇和新生儿提供全面的保障。本文分享新加坡的孕期保险，帮助大家更好地了解孕期保险的类型和保障内容。
新加坡与怀孕相关的三大类型保险
以下表格是从何时可以购买，主要的保障范围和保费高低进行了一个简单对比总结。

第一种：高端医疗
新加坡的孕期保险通常不提供产检和正常分娩的费用，但有一些高端的医疗险提供这两方面的保障。此类保险需要的等候期较长，至少24个月。保费较高，2年以上的保费可能比正常生产的费用还要多，所以会适合本就需要高端医疗的准妈妈，孕期保障是作为其中一个附加利益。
第二种：住院保险
在新加坡购买的住院保险（7家提供IP住院险的保险公司）都有保障妊娠并发症，新加坡卫生部（MOH）2019年公布终身健保的涵盖范围进一步扩大，孕妇因各种怀孕或生产时出现的并发症而住院也可索赔。这为那些因这些并发症而可能面对巨额住院费的准父母提供了更多保障。
敲重点：住院险对于妊娠并发症有10个月的等候期，所以已经结婚的女性，不要等到怀孕了才想起要买保险。另外，已经购买了保险且有育儿计划的，不要轻易更换保险公司，一经转换，10个月的等候期重新算起。我就有遇到没能满足10个月等候期，而出现妊娠并发症被拒赔的例子。在新加坡工作和生活，住院险是刚需，所以住院保险是提供孕期保障的保险第一选。
第三种：怀孕中购买的孕期保险
从怀孕的第13周开始，36周之前购买。这一类孕险是一份一次付保费为期3年的生育保险计划，除了让已经怀孕13周的准妈妈获得怀孕保障，也向出生后的小婴儿提供幼儿保护，直到第3个保单年度结束为止。购买上分独立购买或者需要一起购买其他的保险，如寿险、年金险等。
  • 主要有3大保障：
  • 1. 妈妈孕期并发症和孩子先天疾病，保额通常是5千到2万新币。
  • 2. 孕妇和婴儿因异常状况住院时的住院津贴，每日50-500不等。
  • 3. 婴儿出生后的保险优先购买权。

前2大保障额度不是很高，很多父母更在意的是第三个保险优先购买权。

通常情况下，如果婴儿早产，其他一切都正常，通常要等2年后才能申请保险。

如果出生后被发现有先天疾病，保险公司不能立即对婴儿承保，而是要观察若干年（通常是6年）后才会重新考虑对孩子承保。这给很多父母带来烦恼，因为不能买保险的话，除了先天疾病之外，孩子因其他疾病例如严重流感，或者小龄宝宝容易感染的支气管炎需要住院，都没有保障。

为了在婴儿出生之前消除这种顾虑，有些孕期保险会允许婴儿出生后一定期限内，能够购买重疾、住院等基本保险。虽然保险生效前发现的先天疾病会被排除责任，但至少与已发现的先天疾病无关的还是有保障的。这给了父母一颗定心丸，尤其是高龄产妇，所以在孕期保险的利益中越来越受到大家的重视，具体保障内容参考购买的保险合同。

最后：
常见的孕期保险索赔主要包括妊娠糖尿病、大出血、妈妈乳腺发炎、儿童早产、先天性心脏病（卵圆孔未闭）、黄疸照光和妈妈产后感染住院等。
