新加坡 | 指数万能险用来做投资，真的会翻车

跟很多小伙伴一样，刚开始也很喜欢 IUL，觉得保底理财真是稳，但随着我的经验变多，渐渐发现了太多不对劲的地方。关于IUL要注意的地方，我会用通俗易懂的方式展现给大家，里面的坑一个比一个的大，所以大家一定要看到最后，才能看到那个最大的坑。

本篇文章的目的就是分享 IUL 为什么只适合做保障，不适合做投资，希望大家能够清晰知道优缺点哦，看看自己能不能接受。小伙伴一定要记得，金融工具没有绝对好与坏，只要适合你用对了，真的会很香。

 

首先，我先快速科普一下 ，IUL有上限下限的指数投资是怎么运作的呢？

拿到 IUL 保单的时候，首先你要知道 cap floor 和 participation rate。

比如你选择的是SP500投资：

如果市场涨了18%，你的 IUL 会得到10%

如果市场上涨了5%，你的 IUL 会得到5%

如果市场下跌了6%，你的 IUL 会得到0%。

看到这，你已经对 IUL 的投资有个概念了。

 

下面我们就来细数 IUL 为什么不适合做投资。

第一个CAP。

你购买 IUL 时，关于 CAP的规定，公司可以根据市场情况调节 CAP。

比如说CAP 是10%，如果你选择的指数是纳斯达克，平均年化超过10%，那么就会浪费很多投资收益的钱。

第二保底，让你捡芝麻丢西瓜。

保险公司的背后其实基本都是投资公司，他们非常了解市场。结合市场的真实历史数据，你就知道 IUL 的真面目了。

从1928年到2023年这96间，SP500年均回报为8.7%，其中有64年增长，32年下跌，那么涨跌比例就是2:1，每2年的增长才有一年的下跌，也就是说，保险公司帮你承受一年的下跌，就可以享受2年额外的增长，而且涨幅少于10%的有29年，剩下的35年你享受不到增长。

如果你觉得从1928年开始太久远，我们可以只看2,000年开始的24年，那么数据就是16年涨，8年跌，涨跌比例依然是2：1，年中涨幅超过10%的有12年，这其中5年增长有百分之二三十，这些你都放弃了。所以这种保底机制对于10年以后才需要资金的人来说，就是捡芝麻丢西瓜。

第三个，无分红。

IUL 没有 dividend 分红。很多人认为买IUL 就是将钱投资在 指数基金里面，其实并没有，公司只是按照 index 的表现给你回报率，你并没有直接投资在指数基金里，所以不会得到分红。

那没有分红的坏处是什么呢？由于大多数人的保单都是选择的大盘 SP500指数基金，而正常他会给年均1-2%的分红，而IUL客户得不到。

我们常说的 SP500大盘年均回报是8.7%，就是加了分红后的数据，如果没有分红，SP500年均回报只有6.7%。

那么没有分红能差多少呢？

举个例子，如果你每年IUL里面的钱有1万去投资了，那么40年下来，8.7%的回报就是338万，而6.7%的回报就是197万，足足少了141万。

为什么有这么大的差别？2%的分红看着不多，但是有40年复利的时间就很多了，就是复利的魅力。

但是还没完，想要得到7.2%的回报，需要你充分享受那2:1的涨跌比例，不能限制住你的任何回报。所以在有 CAP 的情况下，你的回报会更加惨淡。因此，这个 CAP 和 floor 只有短期看起来美好，在有 cap 的被动条件下，随意调节的 CAP 会变得更加被动，然后又没了 dividend。从每股的长期回报来看，这是对投资回报的三重打击。

 

如果你已经买了IUL，看到也不要慌，因为它用来做保障，真的太适合了。

IUL的费用的确很低，物美价廉，能够撬动很大的杠杆，这就是为什么它作为保障是非常好的选择，只要你不求回报。IUL 的魅力就是以最物美价廉的方式拿到最多的赔偿，按照37岁男性，只要20万就可以有200万保额，10倍杠杆。

所以在产品的本质特性上，IUL 的优势就是保障。
