高收入人士必备的省税神器：SRS (Supplementary Retirement Scheme)

1. 什么是新加坡个人所得税？

新加坡的纳税居民（Singapore Tax Resident）需在每年的3月-4月份申报上一年度1月至12月的个人所得税。

所有在新加坡获得的收入，或来自新加坡的收入（无论公司或个人）都被视为新加坡应税收入，需在新加坡缴税。因此，新加坡人在国外工作并不需要为此在新加坡纳税。

对于外国人而言，如果在纳税年度的前一年中，在新加坡居住（短暂离境除外）或工作（不包括公司董事身份）超过183天，便会被视为新加坡纳税居民（tax resident），需要缴纳个人所得税。

2. 新加坡个人所得税如何计算？

可参考以下的表来计算你需缴的个人所得税。

SRS最大优势是省税！只要在12月31日前存款至SRS账户，便可在下一年报税时将该存款额从纳税收入中扣除。公民和永久居民每年可享最高15,300新币的税收减免，而外国人则享受35,700新币的税收减免。

3. 换工作时如何办理税务清关？

如果你在新加坡更换工作或离职，雇主需在你离开新加坡前的一个月内提交IR21表格以完成税务清关。公司在收到你的辞职信后，有权等待你结清税款后再支付剩余薪水。

4. 报税时间是什么时候？

新加坡的个人所得税申报一般需在每年4月15日前完成，申报的周期截止日期为12月31日。

5. 如何报税呢？

登录mytax.iras.gov.sg并通过E-filing完成在线申报。申报完成后，税务局将发送缴税通知（Notice of Assessment），你需在收到该通知后的一个月内缴纳税款，否则可能会被罚款。

6. 如何减税呢？

政府推出了一系列方法帮助纳税人减税，其中包括配偶减税、赡养父母减税、人寿保险减税、SRS账户减税以及充值公积金账户减税。但每个人的情况不同，所以可用的方法也因人而异。可参考以下的图：

7. 什么是SRS？

SRS（Supplementary Retirement Scheme）是一个自愿补充的退休储蓄计划。新加坡政府在2001年推出的一项自愿退休储蓄计划，给新加坡公民、永久居民和在新加坡工作的外国人参与，宗旨是帮助大家早日为退休生活做好财务准备。

从2022年7月1日起，新加坡的法定退休年龄从62岁提升到63岁。在7月1号后开启SRS账户和储蓄的话，需等到63岁才能领取退休金。政府还计划在2030年将退休年龄提升至65岁，代表在以后存入SRS的钱需等到更迟才能取出。所以尽早开设SRS账户，锁定当前退休年龄，是提前规划退休的关键。

新加坡公民、永久居民以及在新加坡工作的外国人都可加入SRS计划。

8. SRS的提款条件是什么？

  1. 提前提款：若在法定退休年龄前（2022年7月1日之前为62岁，之后为63岁）从SRS账户中提款，不仅需缴回之前的税收减免，还需额外支付5%的罚款。医疗支出或身故提款可免罚。外籍人士在新加坡开设SRS账户超过10年，若日后离开新加坡，也可在62岁前一次性取款，且无需支付罚款。
  2. 退休后提款：在法定退休年龄后从SRS中提款时，只需对50%的提款金额缴纳个人所得税。例如，从SRS账户中取出60,000新币，仅对30,000新币部分缴税。此外，每年取款不超过40,000新币则可完全免税。

9. 如何支付税款？

收到缴税通知后，可选择以下方式支付：

  1. ATM（DBS/POSB、OCBC）
  2. AXS在线平台或站点
  3. 支票、GIRO、网上支付、电话银行（需开通服务）
  4. 邮政自助服务器（SAM）
  5. 电汇

推荐通过GIRO直接从银行账户扣款，不仅节省时间，还可避免延迟带来的问题，且支持免息分期付款。
