外国人定居新加坡必配置的4大保险（缺一不可）

在新加坡生活，最重要的是什么？安心啊！尤其是医疗和意外的保障，一定要先做好，才能放心工作、照顾家人。

1. 医疗住院险 (Hospitalisation Insurance / Medical Insurance)

为什么需要？

生病住院在新加坡，尤其是去私立医院，费用真的贵到让人怀疑人生。有了医疗住院险，住院房费、手术费、住院前后检查费，保险都能帮你扛！

保险结构：

新加坡的医疗住院险叫 综合健保计划（Integrated Shield Plan），它包含了政府的基础住院险（Medishield Life）。如果你是公民或永久居民，Medishield Life可以帮你支付公立医院B2或C级病房的大部分费用，但想住更好的病房或去私立医院？必须升级买IP！

小贴士：

外国人没办法用Medishield Life，所以直接买Integrated Shield Plan最省心！

2. 重疾险 (Critical Illness Insurance)

重疾险和医疗保险不一样哦！

  • 医疗险：住院了，花多少报多少。
  • 重疾险：得了重大疾病，比如癌症、中风，保险公司直接赔一笔钱，帮你养病、补收入，减轻全家压力。

为什么越早买越好？

重疾险保费和年龄挂钩，越年轻买越便宜。如果是家里顶梁柱，上有老下有小，更不能省！

保额怎么定？

建议至少买够5年的年收入，比如年入10万，就配50万保额。为什么？因为重病恢复期通常要5年，这笔钱可以帮你安心养病，不用担心生活费！

3. 人寿险 (Life Insurance)

人寿保险是什么？一句话：万一哪天不在了，这份保险金还能替你照顾家人。

谁需要？

有房贷、车贷，或者上有老下有小的，真的不能少。想想看，如果你不在了，谁来供房子、养孩子？

怎么配？

建议保额设定为家庭年收入的10倍。比如年入10万，就买100万保额。这样你拼命打拼的结果还能多陪家人10年，听着也很踏实吧？

人寿险的种类：

  • 定期寿险：保费便宜，性价比高。
  • 终身寿险：保障传承两不误，适合有更高财务规划需求的家庭。

4. 意外险 (Personal Accident Insurance)

意外险是个救急选手。
比如：你摔倒骨折，没到需要住院的程度，医疗险不能赔，但意外险就能赔医药费、X光费，甚至中医调理费。

它适合谁？

大人小孩都需要，特别是那些爱运动、出差多或者家里有小朋友的，保费也便宜，绝对值得拥有！
