为什么有了遗嘱还需要LPA持久授权书？

聊完遗嘱今天聊聊LPA： 英文为Lasting Power of Attorney，简称LPA， 这也是在新加坡和遗嘱一样年满21岁就可以配置的一份法律文件，让人们在自己将来失去心智能力时代替自己做决定和执行行动！比如昏迷或者老年痴呆（阿尔茨海默症），如何处置个人财产和处理生活上的一些事情？这么一想死不可怕，活着但是无法自主生活, 无论身体上的还是心智上才是最可怕的。
根据联合早报，公民申请LPA无须支付75元手续费，直至2026年3月31日，这是政府最后一次延长期限。在流动诊所办理LPA的50岁及以上公民除了不必缴交手续费，也无须支付签发证书的费用。
下面详细介绍一下足不出户在线申请的方法！

用singpass 登录更新个人信息后，就可以点击以下图片: Apply for an LPA

目前不同身份的收费如下， 公民免费， PR：$90， 外国人: $230.
订立LPA需要确定一位或者多位Donee, Donee必须年满21岁，在你失去心智能力时代替你做决定和处理个人事务，选项包括了personal Welfare 和Property and Affairs。
然后LPA 需要专业代理人（Certificate Issuer)比如律师、医生对LPA进行签发，来核实签发你的持久授权书，证明你在制定LPA 时候是具备心智能力的，具体可以在这个网站上面查询https://msf.gov.sg/opg， 如果你想要了解坡坡便宜收费的诊所私我吧。
最后不要忘记将持久授权书提交至公共监护人办公室（OPG）进行注册，公共监护人办公室将审核您对持久授权书的申请并进行注册手续，申请结果将通过短信或电子邮件通知， 一般在通知单上注明的指定日期前没有收到合理的反对意见，就会在强制性的3周等待期结束后注册持久授权书。

希望这份文件就跟医疗险和重疾险一样， 配了给自己和家庭一份安心， 但是希望永远用不上。
