如何在新加坡退休，每个月从CPF Life 领 $4,600？解析2个秘诀！

最近有一则新闻蛮轰动的——

一位71岁的新加坡公民女士，目前每个月从 CPF Life 拿到 $4,600 的退休金。

是的，你没有看错。

$4,600 x 12 个月 = $55,000。而且是 tax-free。

 

她做对了什么？

第一，她从 55 岁开始，每年都 top up 她的 Retirement Account (RA)。

第二，她到了 65 岁，没有马上拿 payout，而是选择延迟到 70 岁。

 

你知道吗？

CPF 每延迟一年领取，payout 会增加大概 7% 左右。

她这一延，就是多了整整五年的“放大器”。

同样 71 岁，她的退休金大概是没有 top up 的同龄人的 5 倍。
