I’ve never realised how underinsured I was until I met Queenie. Despite being in my late 20s, I had no basic cover because I fail to appreciate the importance of insurance. Taking into my situation into consideration, Queenie advised me on the types of coverage I would require patiently. Her explanations were coherent and clear, and clarified any doubts and concerns that I had. Unlike many agents I’ve crossed paths with in the past, Oueenie doesn’t hardsell and is not pushy. She acts in the best interests of the client and recommends policies which fit the client profile and needs. Once, I had an accident and had to make a claim but was unsure on what to do. I dropped her a call late at night and she patiently guided me while showing concern for my well-being. Thanks to her guidance, my claim was approved efficiently and quickly without any hiccups. Work aside, Queenie often checks up on my well being and sends care packages during flu season. You can expect season greetings and gifts from her too. Queenie is more like a friend than agent and I’m glad to have her managing my insurance matters.
