However, many professionals are understandably busy with building their career and balancing family commitments. Having a wide variety of plans in the market with all the confusing technical jargons can unfortunately deter some from getting started or staying consistent on this essential financial planning journey.

Eileen’s passion is in reaching out to these people to educate, assist and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Having been in the financial services industry for more than 10 years and actively listening to her clients, Eileen always aims to simplify this journey to make it accessible to the clients she serves. While advising, she looks forward to maintaining long term relationships and growth alongside her clients; keeping in touch while they move through different phases of life and suitably advising on their financials needs through this journey.

Being exposed to different companies, with the training and expertise of her parent company, Eileen could advise me, based on my needs, on the ‘best’ accident insurance policy, ‘best’ critical illness policy, ‘best’ investment portfolio, ‘best’ shield policy etc, from a basket of insurers. I covered my bases because #kiasu, and honestly, I find it hard to keep track of what I have, given that I have products from different companies. While she may not sell products from every insurer (it’s their loss for limiting sales to only their own advisors), she did save me the time and effort of comparing, keeping track, making queries and making claims to those she has access to. I don’t know what I’d do without my trusty financial advisor.

Eileen has been my FA since I first started working. It was a different person initially. She took over when the person left after 3 years. She is from an independent financial advisory so she has access to a greater suite of products. More options which I value. But this does mean that you may not get some of the individual’s companies best product. But those may not be necessary or the objective can be met via diff means. She is also very responsive and very clear and is able to explain things in very basic terms for noobs like me and my wife. My wife had her former JC mate do her insurance (a couple). From Great Eastern. Warm initially but after that went cold and difficult to reach. So my wife also moved some of her coverage to Eileen. Eileen now does the financial planning for my two kids. Mainly health and hospitalisation, life, and savings for their studies.
