【新加坡理财】SRS-高收入人士必备节税账户 — Engage

  • 什么是SRS？
    退休辅助计划（Supplementary Retirement Scheme，简称SRS）是一个自愿性质的退休储蓄计划。
  • 有什么用？
    SRS的最大作用是它的节税功能。
    只要在年底之前将钱存进SRS户头，明年报税时便可从纳税收入中减去这个数额，节省200到3000新币的税款。
    不计算其他tax relief举例：
    年收入10万，节税约$1760；
    年收入20万，节税约$2754；
    年收入30万，节税约$3060..
    公民/PR每年最多可存入$15300到SRS户头，外国人则为$35700。
  • 怎么提取？
    目前法定退休年龄是62岁。
    62岁之后提取：退休后可分十年提取，届时只需为所提出款项的一半缴税。
    假设一年提取4万元，只需为2万元缴税，而新加坡个人所得税的起征点是2万元，因此在无其他收入的情况下就无需缴税。如果一次性把所有的钱取出来，就要缴纳相当可观的税款了。
    62岁之前提取：就必须为提取的款项全额缴税，并且缴纳相等于提款额5％的罚金。
    因特殊原因如医疗原因、末期疾病、破产、外国人一次性提款(存期至少10年)可以豁免罚金。
    2022年法定退休年龄将调至63岁，可以现在先开户放个几块钱锁定目前的退休年龄，以后有需要再放钱进去。
  • 怎么开户？
    可选择三家本地银行DBS/OCBC/UOB免费开户，搜索Open SRS加银行名即可找到网页。
    存钱之前的考量？
    -先计算一下其他tax relief有没有到8万顶限
    -权衡省税的好处是否胜过这笔钱被锁定二三十年
    比如今年我成为二胎妈妈，working mother‘s child relief和cpf contribution等其他relief加起来就差不多达8万顶限了，存SRS也节不了税。
  • 投资什么？
    SRS户头中的钱可投资于定期存款、单期保费产品、股票、房地产投资信托、债券、挂牌基金、单位信托等。投资回报无需缴税。
