I’m Ivonne, and I believe that true financial planning is about more than just numbers. It is about creating options so that when life shifts, you don’t lose your peace, dignity, or choices.

Following a significant chapter in the corporate arena, I joined Financial Alliance as a Financial Advisory Manager to provide the transparent, unbiased advice I saw was needed. Today, I serve as a Standard Setter in my field, specializing in comprehensive planning that looks at the full picture. Whether I am working with a family to protect their income and secure their loved ones and legacy, or partnering with a business owner to protect the future of their company and their valued employees, I focus on building a foundation of strength and integrity.

I also believe that knowledge should be shared, which is why I lead Corporate Seminars and Lunch Talks. My goal is to make complex financial topics accessible and relevant to the real-world challenges people face every day.

Ultimately, my mission is to be an invaluable resource for my clients, ensuring that their families and businesses have the security and peace of mind they deserve.

Professionally, I have been developing financial products for insurance companies and banks around the world for more than 30years. As a consequence I have had the luxury of working wiht financial planners/brokers/agents from countless financial institutions around the globe. In my experience, I have found financial advisors from Singapore typically lagged behind their North American/European peers in terms of professionalism and knowledge – as financial advisors in Singapore very sales-driven without paying much regard to the actual needs of potential clients. My opinion was further solidified when my terminally-ill sister (who has now passed) had a lot of problems getting her alls returned by the then-agent of record. This in-turn made it very difficult for her to get her hospitalisation claims processed. In addition to fighting cancer, she was very stressed having to deal with the lack of support from the agent so much so that she was afraid of getting admitted to emergency ward for the fear of not being reimbursed by the insurance company. It was because of this, I decided to find another agent who in addition to being able to help my sister, was also empathetic to her needs during these trying times. As a consequence of this, I ended reaching out to Ivonne. To my pleasant surprise, when I asked her for the favour, she agreed to help without hesitation. I am pleased to say that her support and attention that she provided during the last year of my late sister’s life was simply magnificent. In my experience, I have found Ivonne to be a very sincere, genuine, honest person who puts the interests of clients ahead of her financial needs.
