揭秘新加坡政府是如何投资的

新加坡政府一直以来都以廉洁、透明、高效著称，也是亚洲唯一评级AAA的主权独立国家

 

但是你知道吗？新加坡政府掌握着全球数千亿美元的资产！

 

今天Joey就跟大家展开说说他们的钱是怎么投资的呢？

新加坡政府的投资体系主要有三大机构组成:淡马锡控股（Temasek Holdings）、新加坡政府投资公司（也就是我们熟知的GIC） 和 新加坡金融管理局（MAS）。

并以此为核心形成了一个高度专业化、多元化的全球投资网络。下面分别来一一介绍他们的具体运作方式：

 

首先我们来介绍一下新加坡政府投资公司Government-of-Singapore-Investment-Corp，简称为GIC。

 

它的主要任务是负责管理新加坡的外汇储备，GIC也一直被称为“亚洲最大且最神秘的投资者“，它旗下管理的资产超过千亿美元。

再多插一句话，GIC部分投资资金来自于我们的公积金CPF存款。

政府承诺CPF有一定的固定回报，但GIC的投资收益不会直接返还到个人公积金账户，而是归政府所有。

它的投资方式注重全球化布局，尤其重视美国、欧洲、中国和新兴市场。

投资的资产类别也非常丰富主要以股票、债券、房地产、私募股权、对冲基金等。

在多元化投资标的的基础上，GIC的投资目标和我们每个普通投资者一样，追求稳定的长期回报，确保国家外汇储备的保值增值。

 

 

我们再来聊聊淡马锡控股（Temasek Holdings），在这里跟大家八卦一下哈，它的前执行董事兼CEO何晶正是前总理李显龙的妻子。由此可见这一机构的重要性。
淡马锡作为政府独资的商业投资机构，资金主要来源于政府拨款、自有资本、投资收益。

和GIC/ MAS不同，淡马锡的投资更为激进，寻求高增长的投资机会

行业主要包括金融、科技、医疗、消费、能源板块等，它所投资的持股公司也是我们耳熟能详的，例如新加坡航空、星展银行（DBS）、新加坡电信（Singtel）等各类大公司。

所以在推动新加坡经济增长的同时，也实现了可观的商业化回报。

 

最后来讲讲这个集“央妈”金融监管、外汇储备管理于一身的MAS。
它的投资资金主要来源于外汇储备。
它的投资方式较前2者相比，是极其稳健，主要投资于低风险资产（如政府债券以及投资级固收类产品）。
为什么要这么做呢，其实也不难理解哈，MAS主要是为了确保新币的稳定性来进行货币政策调控。
所以它的主要投资目标在于：维持金融稳定、管理通胀和支持国家经济发展。
同样，它也采用全球化、多元化的长期价值投资战略，做到分散投资，降低单一市场的风险
