新加坡保险的分类以及购买原则 #新加坡保险

新加坡保险主要分为三大板块：保障/传承和理财，保障类保险主要分为医疗险 意外险 重大疾病以及人寿保障。

医疗和意外我们遵循就近原则也就是说长期居住在哪就在哪购买。

因为住院 意外此类高理赔频率保险要以方便理赔为主。

如果长期居住在中国，建议在国内购买百万医疗 高端医疗。如果居住在新加坡有工作签证 学生签证或者陪读签等等，那么配置好新加坡本地的医疗和意外保障则为刚需。

解决好基础保障之后，下一步则是重疾和人寿的保障。这部分的规划同样非常重要。

这里普及一下重大疾病保障主要是当重疾发生时保险公司会一次性理赔一大笔钱，用于未来3-5年的收入损失的补偿，让我们可以更加安心地接受治疗，不用担心家庭持续不断的支出，例如房贷 车贷等的钱从哪里来。

所以重疾险的配置额度上建议至少规划到家庭年收入的3-5倍。在购买顺序上，先大人后小孩，如果经济条件允许，则应该为每位家庭成员都配置好重疾保障，因为年龄越小保障越便宜，也尽早拥有保障。

最后的保障类则是人寿保险，根据保障期限我们可以分为定期寿险和终身寿险。寿险的保障主要为家庭主要收入者优先购买。保障额度建议能够保障整个家庭负债和贷款+子女教育费用+父母赡养费用+5年的家庭消费开支，一般建议保障额度为家庭年收入的10倍。

这里补充一点终身寿险的保单还具有传承功能，在新加坡另一类非常受欢迎的传承类保险为万能寿险。

此类大额保单可以为后代留下一笔大额现金流，保障了财富传承的确定性。

财富传承是一门有温度的艺术，并不是买了一份寿险则一劳永逸，而是一个动态的规划过程。需要从全球角度规避风险，全盘规划并循序渐进地落实好每一个阶段的具体方案。
