#新加坡保险 IUL指数型万能寿险之三大特点

目前市场上最受欢迎且最具有竞争力的产品归IUL指数型万能寿险莫属，那今天来做个具体分析。

首先，IUL（全称为Index Universal Life指数型万能寿险）是缴纳保费非常灵活的指数型万用寿险产品，它既提供终身寿险保障，同时又挂钩指数，相比于传统型的终身寿险，可以获得潜在更高的现金价值增长，所以在寿险保障上也有比其他终身寿险更高的杠杆。那么如果您是一家之主，配置一份高杠杆的指数型万能寿险非常有必要。

总结一下IUL主要有以下三大特点：

1. 下有保底，上有封顶。通过保底利率对投资账户进行向下保护。即使挂钩的对应指数下跌，客户也至少不亏损。举个例子，如果客户购买了IUL同时100%投资于标普500，即使2022年的表现为-18.11%，因为有保底机制，保单给到的回报为0。但同时IUL也有一个封顶策略，同样用标普500去年的表现为例，去年标普500获得24.23%的正回报，以某一款产品为例，保单的收益为11.2%。正因为有保底收益和封顶收益，每年的回报基本上保持一个稳定的区间，也就是说不管市场状况如果也提供最低利率的保证，富有满满的安全感。

2. 保单非常灵活。保单的灵活性体现在很多方面，例如缴费期限非常灵活，既可以趸交/2年/5年/10年缴，同时也可以分为20年 30年等任意缴费期限，可以完全根据自己的预算购买到合适的保额。 其次灵活性也体现在投资者可以根据自己的风险偏好调整投资固定账户和指数账户的比例。而且指数账户除了投资SP500标普指数，也同样可以选择恒生指数以及欧洲罗素指数等。做到风险合理分散。最后，灵活性还体现在提取灵活，IUL的在一定保单年度之后，只要提取额度不超过账户价值的10%，也不影响到保额，为特定时候资金周转与应急提供强有力的支持。

3. 第三个特点也是很多全球保险甚至新加坡保险无法实现的功能。新加坡某款特定的IUL产品对于投保人具有财产的隐秘性保护，如果受益人为配偶或子女则可以实现完全避债。债主无权进行此部分的保单分割。真正实现传承意义。 IUL的具体投保流程也非常简单，保单对海内外客户都有300万美元的免体检额度，在免体检额度之内只需要如实申报健康问题。如果申报过程中有些身体健康问题或者超过300万美金的免体检额度，同样也可以不用飞入新加坡，国内大部分城市都有认可的体检机构进行体检。可以完全在家就能轻松完成投保。
