应该投资你的CPF资金吗？🤔

大家好，今天想和大家聊聊一个常见问题：到底应不应该投资CPF资金？ 答案是——可能吧。哈哈，因为生活中的每件事都有“可能性”，但让我们先来拆解一下这个问题！

 

📊 CPF账户已经给你不错的回报率

先说说CPF的固定回报率吧！普通账户（OA）给你2.5%的回报，特别账户（SA）则有4%的回报。要超过特别账户的4%其实挺难的，因为你不能用CPF的钱去投资像标普500这种指数基金。事实上，你只能投资33种资产，而这些资产几乎没有一个能超过4%的回报率。所以，如果是特别账户的钱，我个人建议还是别动了。

 

💰 普通账户的2.5%回报率可以轻松超越！

但是，普通账户（OA）的2.5%回报率其实很容易被超越。比如，你可以买新加坡国库券（T-bills），它们可以给你3.7%的回报率，这可比2.5%高多了！不过要注意哦，你的普通账户前20,000新币是给你5%回报率的。所以，你真的想要投资CPF资金，最好是等账户里有超过60,000新币再说。

 

🏠 现实情况可能更复杂

然而，现实情况往往更复杂。普通账户的钱通常已经被用来支付房贷或者孩子的学费，所以这个账户里的钱可能是最少的。而且，即使你账户里有钱，用来还房贷也是个不错的选择。
