新加坡保险投保攻略指南（二）：需求篇——我属于这5种情况吗？

在上一篇 “新加坡保险投保攻略指南（一）：准备篇”文章里，说明了在投保阶段面临的第一个问题，不是自己需求无法达成的问题，而是由于信息不对称带来的相关问题。
对于处于这个阶段的投保人，我分享了3个经验原则：充分了解，避免冲动，常识思考。
当投保者做好了准备，第二步就是问自己：我的真实需求是什么？或者说，新加坡保险保单通常是用来做什么的？我的目标能实现吗？
对于绝大多数家庭或个人，我们会建议从5个常见的角度考虑。

需求1：为了家庭的全面保障

人寿保险，字如齐名，最核心的正是“保险保障”功能。有没有人（包括你自己），依靠你的收入来保障他/她们（包括你自己）的财务状况？
人寿保障的意义在于，当自己发生符合赔付条件（包括但不仅限于：身故，重大疾病，意外伤害等情况）的意外时，能有一笔赔付的资金，帮助自己、家庭和依靠的人度过财务难关。
因此，如果你的需求，是对个人或家庭提供全方位的保障，那么应该选择提供尽可能多的保障功能的保单产品，如涵盖癌症赔付，重大疾病赔付，慢性疾病或长期护理赔付等。如果一个保险产品还提供更多的现金价值增长策略，来支撑保单综合的成本，那也是优先考虑的对象。

需求2:  为了退休后能拿免税的终身收入

新加坡平均寿命为85岁。因此，现代人在退休时面临的问题已经变成了，在越来越长的寿命中，如何保证一直有钱花？而且还不用再交税？如果我们的需求是补充退休计划， 拿到免税的终身收入的话，那么越早投入专项储蓄越有利。

需求3: 为了支付孩子未来的学费

华人一直愿意在子女教育上花钱，而新加坡教育费用也越来越贵，因此尽早规划储蓄真的有必要。

投资连接保单常被用于子女教育储蓄计划，实现灵活支配的目标：孩子们如果能拿到全额奖学金，这时候，原本用于学费支出的保单账户，可以变成给子女提供生活费支出的账户。子女也可以选择在成年后直接继承保单，按照自己的补充退休计划方案对未来进行再次规划。

需求4: “保证收益”或“保底”的长期理财规划

市场上的Tbills，货币基金等产品通常被认为非常安全的理财选项，但不足是不和市场直接挂钩，收益率较低。

不同种类的人寿保险产品，分别对保单现金值部分提供了“保证收益（Guarantee）”或“保底（Floor）”的承诺。
对于“保证收益”的分红型产品，也就是年金，给出一个收益率略高于定期存款的固定收益率，并在未来给出每年分红。
对于强调“保底”的指数型产品，也就是指数万能险，挂钩市场指数。以美国标准普尔500指数为例，回顾过去90年间，其年平均总回报率为9.8％。通过特定的保单方案设计，在现实市场符合预期走势的情况下，能快速收回成本，并继续锁定跟随市场跟涨不跟跌的优点，兼顾“保底”和“收益”。
对于已经做好短期和中期的理财规划，资金仍然比较宽裕的家庭，人寿保单是一项长远，且低风险的理财选择。

需求5: 合理避税和财产传递

当投保人考虑给子女留下遗产，人寿保单是一个比存款账户更好的方案，这不仅仅是从税务的角度考虑，从资产的安全性和隔离性也有很好的效果。不过值得注意的是，新加坡是没有资本利得税和遗产税的。

小结

专业的经纪人或理财顾问，会帮助引导投保人明确投保目标。在明确了实际需求后，那么接下来就是最重要的环节——选择保单设计方案。
