最近有朋友问我：“新加坡的养老福利到底怎么样？适合养老吗？” 随着越来越多的人移民新加坡，大家都对这里的生活环境和公共服务体系充满期待。但移民家庭最关心的，无非是退休后的生活保障，尤其是父母的养老问题。今天就带大家来了解一下新加坡的退休年龄、养老政策，以及新移民及其父母能享受到的相关福利。

 

📌 新加坡的退休年龄与养老政策

新加坡的法定退休年龄目前是63岁，但公司可以根据员工的健康状况和能力延长雇佣期至68岁。这种灵活性不仅能让老人继续发挥价值，还能保障他们的经济需求。

新加坡的养老制度主要依赖中央公积金制度（CPF），这是新加坡居民在职时强制缴纳的养老储蓄账户，员工和雇主共同缴纳。这笔储蓄不仅能用于退休生活，还可以支付医疗、购房和部分教育费用。

 

CPF主要分为三个账户：

  1. 普通账户（OA）：主要用于购房、投资等。
  2. 特别账户（SA）：主要为退休储蓄，利息较高。
