新加坡身份规划 | 自雇 EP 移民办理指南及实战

大家好！今天来跟大家聊聊新加坡自雇就业准证，也就是EP的方方面面。从0到1，手把手教你如何在新加坡自雇，成为自己的老板！成功移民来到新加坡。

 

什么是自雇？

自雇，顾名思义，就是自己成立一家新加坡公司，担任公司的股东和董事，自己雇佣自己。相比之下，传统的方式是企业主雇佣你。一个是自己做老板，一个是打工，两者的区别很明显。

 

新加坡工作准证是什么？

新加坡工作准证，官方英文全称是Employment Pass，由新加坡人力部（MOM）颁发。这是一个工作的签证，可以让你在新加坡合法生活和工作。

 

签证类型大盘点

签证有很多种类，但我们今天重点讲的是工作签证。持有工作签证，你可以在新加坡长居，不像旅游签那样只能待几天到几周。新加坡工作签证的有效期一般是2年，到期后可以续签。

 

申请新加坡EP的两种方式

1. 自雇：你成立一家新加坡公司，担任股东和董事，自我雇佣。
2. 雇主担保：你获得新加坡公司offer，由公司为你申请工作EP。

两种方式都可以让你合法在新加坡工作和生活至少2年。

 

适合申请自雇EP的群体

1.资深企业雇主：你是公司股东、董事或高管，有多年行业和管理经验，不论公司设在香港、美国还是中国内地，只要有实际业务和流水就行。
2. 年轻有为的New Money：你毕业于知名院校，有丰富的实习和工作经验，即使工作时间不长，但如果你有意向在新加坡创业或工作，自雇EP同样适合你。

 

申请自雇EP的门槛

1. 薪水要求：MOM要求月薪至少5000新币，但建议实际发放的薪水远高于此，例如每月10000新币。
2. 公司运营：公司需要有实际业务和明确的商业计划书。两年后续签时，需证明公司不是空壳，至少雇佣了1-2位PR或公民。

 

申请自雇EP需要准备的文件

– 护照、身份证、地址证明等基本证件
– 学位学历证明
– 完整的KYC文件
– 商业计划书、当前公司业务凭证及流水等

 

申请流程详解

1.确定公司业务及架构：根据你的背景和期望，分析在新加坡设立法律实体的具体架构。
2. 公司设立及账户开设：设立新加坡公司并开设银行账户，通常在一周内完成。
3. 公司账户的注资：注入足够资本，确保有资金维持公司日常开销。
4. 开通EPOnline及Corppass：递交EP申请前需开通的账户，通常需3-4周。
5. 递交申请：正式递交EP申请并等待回执。
6.获得原则性批复函：通常1-4周内完成批复，拿到IPA后即可入境新加坡并领取EP卡。
