新加坡 | 什么是家族办公室？

家族办公室是一个专业化的私人投资和财富管理实体，旨在监督家族财务和非财务事务的日常执行和管理。家族办公室可为家族提供正式平台商讨其私人投资事宜。

家族办公室的职能是什么？

过去十年，由于中国和亚洲新兴市场的财富大幅增长，以及第一代和第二代财富的转移，亚洲单一家族办公室数量激增。根据康普顿财富公司的研究，自2017年以来，亚洲家族办公室数量增长了44%。与之相似，截至 2022 年底，金管局授予税务优惠的单一家族办公室数量增至 1,100 家，较 2021 年的700 家大幅增加。
