【客户最常问我的3个问题】每个问题背后，其实藏着更深的焦虑

在做新加坡独立理财顾问这几年里，最常被问到的问题其实不是“买哪只基金好”或者“哪款保险最便宜”，而是这3个问题👇

而这3个问题，往往也代表着人们对“未来”的不安与渴望。

 

❓问题一：现在投资，还来得及吗？

很多客户告诉我，他们已经30岁、35岁、甚至40岁，担心自己“错过了最佳时机”。

但我想说：投资没有最佳时机，只有你开始的那一天。

我有客户从25岁开始定投，一路坚持十年，现在靠分红就能每年环游一次世界。

但我也有客户在40岁开始认真理财，透过合理的产品组合，5年内建立起每月稳定被动收入，缓冲了工作焦虑。

➡️ 时间重要，但方法更重要。

 

❓问题二：我每个月就存两三千块，真的能理财吗？

有些人以为理财是“有钱人才能做的事”，但其实，理财的核心是“让钱更有效率”。

有客户月薪只有$4000，但透过自动化的储蓄+基金定投，每年都能为自己累积一笔备用金，同时为父母配置了医疗保障。

反而很多高收入者，因为缺乏规划，花钱无度，年年都“从零开始”。

➡️ 真正的理财，是为自己留下一点点确定性。

 

❓问题三：我不想被骗，也不喜欢被推销。你真的站在我这边吗？

这也是我最想回应的问题。

在这个行业里，“信任”是最难建立、也最容易破裂的。

我选择做独立顾问，不是因为容易，而是因为我希望给客户没有佣金利益冲突的建议，从家庭财务目标出发，而不是只卖产品。

有些客户和我合作了三年，每年都在不同人生阶段调整规划，我不是“卖产品的人”，而是他们的“财富陪跑者”。

➡️ 我卖的不是产品，而是一份长期的信任关系。

 

💬最后想说：

这些问题，我每个月可能要回答几十次。

但我从来不厌倦。

因为我知道，每一个“提问”的背后，其实都是某种重要的决定——
是一个家庭想走向更稳的未来；
是一个年轻人不想重复父母的焦虑；
是一个普通人，想把有限的钱用出最大的价值。
