認識六大險種：規劃保單的第一堂課 📚

保險通常分為六大類：壽險、失能/長照險、意外險、醫療險、癌症險、重大傷病險。了解這些保障可以轉嫁大部分的人身風險，以下是每種保險的簡要介紹：

1. 壽險 🏡

壽險是理賠因意外或疾病導致不幸過世或完全失能的保險。其主要功能是保障家人，留下一筆身後金。

    • 壽險額度的規劃應包括各項貸款與負債。
    • 擔負家庭責任重大的經濟支柱，通常需要較高保額的壽險保障家庭。

2. 長期失能險 🚶‍♂️

失能險是理賠因疾病或意外而喪失謀生能力的保險，解決失能後造成的工作損失及長期照顧的費用支出。

    • 失能險每月基本保障額度 = 工作收入 + 看護費用。
    • 預算充足情況下，可規劃“終身”為主，“定期”為輔。

3. 意外險 ⚠️

意外險是發生意外傷害事故造成失能或死亡時的理賠保險。意外事故無法預知且無法完全避免。

    • 意外險只理賠符合“外來、突發、非疾病”的意外事故，三者缺一不可。

4. 醫療險 🏥

醫療險專門理賠住院治療期間的花費，分擔醫療費用，彌補在醫療期間的損失，獲得好的醫療品質。

    • 醫療險以住院為理賠前提，投保前應誠實告知健康狀況。
    • 注意投保類型（實支實付/日額給付）、給付上限、除外責任、條款內容等。
    • 並非所有自費項目實支實付都能理賠，需依保單內容而定。

5. 癌症險 🎗️

癌症險依照全民健康保險重大傷病範圍所記載的疾病作為理賠標準。當罹患重大傷病時，可先獲得一筆足夠的治療費（一次給付型）。

    • 癌症險與重大疾病險理賠的項目不同，投保前應先澄清。
    • 不需住院也能理賠。

 

6. 重大疾病險 💉

重大疾病險是依全民健康保險重大傷病範圍所記載的發卡疾病作為理賠標準。罹患重大傷病時，可先獲得一筆足夠的治療費（一次給付型）。

    • 重大疾病險保障範圍較廣，不需住院也能理賠。
