什么是SRS？简单解释给你听！

SRS，全名Supplementary Retirement Scheme，也就是新加坡退休辅助计划，是政府从2001年推出的一个补充退休储蓄项目。和公积金（CPF）不一样，这个计划是自愿加入的。目的是鼓励大家多存一些钱，规划退休，同时还能享受税收优惠哦～

💡 谁可以加入SRS？

只要你是：

  • 新加坡公民
  • 永久居民
  • 或者在新加坡工作的外国人
    都可以开一个SRS账户。

🎁 SRS的好处

重点就是——减税！

  • 公民和PR 每年最多可以存入$15,300新*，直接从你的应纳税收入中扣掉这个金额！
  • 外国人 存的额度更高，每年可以存到$35,700新币。

 

👉 举个例子：
如果你当年的收入是$100,000新币，在年底前存了$15,300到SRS账户，那你的应纳税收入就会变成$84,700！按照税率算下来，节省了$1,760的税款！

 

⚠️ 注意事项：新加坡个人所得税减免的上限是每年80,000新币哦。

 

🚨 提款时要注意什么？

1、法定退休年龄（目前是63岁）之前取款：

    • 要补交之前省下的税款，还得额外交5%的罚款。
    • 特殊情况，比如医疗用途或遗产提取，可以免罚款。
    • 外籍人士如果账户存满10年，离开新加坡时可以一次性提款，也不用罚款。

2、法定退休年龄之后取款：

    • 只需要对提款金额的一半缴税！比如你一年取$60,000，只有$30,000需要缴税。
    • 如果每年取款不超过$40,000，基本上可以完全免税！

📂 如何开通SRS账户？

超级简单！你可以通过以下三家银行开通：

  • DBS
  • OCBC
  • UOB

直接去银行柜台，或者上网搜索“DBS SRS”，点击“Apply Now”，按步骤操作就可以啦～

 

📈 用SRS账户做投资

SRS账户的利息非常低，只有0.05%，所以把钱存进去之后，一定要拿去投资！以下是可以投资的项目：

  • 股票
  • 债券
  • ETF（指数基金）
  • 房地产信托基金（REITs）
  • 基金
  • 保险产品（如年金险）
  • 定期存款
  • 新加坡储蓄债券
