在新加坡多少收入需要交税？

很多刚来新加坡工作的朋友常问：“我的工资是税前还是税后？” 其实，除了工资构成，个人所得税也是必须了解的一部分。今天，我们来简单梳理新加坡的个税规则，帮你更清楚自己的纳税义务。

 

🏷️ 谁需要缴纳个人所得税？

以下人士需要缴纳个人所得税：
1️⃣ 新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）。
2️⃣ 在新加坡工作或居住超过183天的外籍人士（公司董事除外）。
3️⃣ 居住61至183天的外籍人士无需缴税，但需按非税务居民规则计算税额。

⚠️ 注意：即使低于免税门槛，也需提交税收申报材料。

💰 新加坡的个税税率如何？

新加坡实行累进税率制，税率为 0%-22%，收入越高，税率越高。

  • 年收入低于20,000新币： 免税，但需提交报税表。
  • 年收入超过20,000新币： 按收入区间累进税率缴税。

 

📊 举个例子来算税

1️⃣ 年收入50,000新币的情况

  • 前20,000新币免税
  • 20,001 – 30,000新币，税率2%：10,000 × 2% = 200新币
  • 30,001 – 40,000新币，税率3.5%：10,000 × 3.5% = 350新币
  • 40,001 – 50,000新币，税率7%：10,000 × 7% = 700新币
    总税额：200 + 350 + 700 = 1,250新币

2️⃣ 月薪3,000新币的情况（年收入36,000新币）

  • 前20,000新币免税
  • 20,001 – 30,000新币，税率2%：10,000 × 2% = 200新币
  • 30,001 – 36,000新币，税率3.5%：6,000 × 3.5% = 210新币
  • 总税额：200 + 210 = 410新币

 

📌 个税减免福利

作为新加坡公民或PR，可以通过以下途径享受减免：

  • 子女抚养费
  • 职业培训费
  • 保险费
  • 公积金（CPF）缴款

例如，有家庭负担或职业提升需求时，可减少部分应税收入，从而降低税负。

 

📝 如何报税？

  • 登录 myTax Portal 完成 E-Filing 网上申报。
  • 申报时间通常在 每年3月至4月，逾期可能会面临罚款。
