搞懂债券，在新加坡怎么买债券呢？

🍀今天给大家分享一下债券的基本知识以及如何购买债券的技巧，帮助大家更好地管理自己的财务，实现财富增值。📈

什么是债券？

和股票类产品不同，债券属于固定收益率产品，其收益主要来自债券产生的利息。比如，你花了十万美元，买了10年期的、利息率为5%的美国国债，那么接下来的10年里，美国政府每年会给你发5千美元的利息，也就是十万美元的5%。在10年期限到来之际，美国政府会把十万美元的本金还给你。

另外，债券的价格波动比股票低很多，自然总体收益也不高。历史平均年化收益率大约为5%，远低于股票的10%左右。

 

适合谁购买债券？

我建议仍在工作的家庭，尽量不要买任何债券产品。只有在退休前几年、或者退休后，才需要大批买入债券。

 

市场上的债券种类

1. 国债：这是中央政府发行的债券，是以国家的信誉做担保，因此风险最低。

2. 企业债：这是企业发行的债券，因而风险最高，利息率也最高。比如，曾经的中国地产龙头企业恒大地产，为了缓解资金紧张情况，在2018年曾发行过年利息率为12%的境外美元债券。到了今天，这些债券，几乎就是废纸了。

另外，一些高利息的债券，评分非常低，就是俗称的“垃圾债”。我坚决反对购买垃圾债，因为其风险过高，甚至超过股票指数基金。

 

普通投资者如何投资债券？

1. 购买债券基金
– 和股票基金一样，可以在任何证券账户里购买债券基金，比如先锋集团的债券指数基金BND。
– 债券基金的购买方式与普通股票基金相同，但需要考虑税后的真实收益。

2. 购买单只债券
– 国债：如果当前的利息率较高，可以锁定一些中长期国债，比如10年期国债，以保证未来数年的高利息率。对于大部分家庭来说，建议以灵活的短期国债为主。

短期国债策略
比如你有8万美元，你可以把它分成4份，每份2万美元，分别购买3、6、9、12个月到期的短期国债。到期的国债，可以将利息和本金用于支付生活开支，或重新买入新的债券。既简单又灵活，是普通退休家庭的首选。

 

在新加坡如何购买债券？

在新加坡，投资者可以通过本地银行或券商购买新加坡政府债券（SGS）和企业债券。SGS包括短期的新加坡国库券（T-bills）和长期的政府债券。投资者也可以选择债券基金，通过投资单位信托基金或交易所交易基金（ETF）来分散风险。需要注意的是，不同债券的税务处理和投资门槛有所不同，建议投资者在购买前咨询专业理财顾问。
