我死后，我的公积金CPF会怎么分配？怎么申请CPF Nomination 公积金受益人提名？

新加坡很多公民和永久居民常常忽略了完成公积金的受益人提名，以为自己还有时间，或者以为 CPF Board 会自动分配却不知道有信托手续费。

CPF Board 2022年的数据显示在65岁之前5位死者中的2位没有做公积金受益人提名。

他们所遗留未提名公积金的中位数是每人 $46,500。

看到这些数据后，我蛮震惊的。毕竟这些钱都是每个人辛辛苦苦赚来的。所以我在这里以 Q&A 的形式来简单解释一些公积金的要点。

 

Q1: 死者 CPF 的钱怎么分？

死者家属可以跟 CPF Board 检查死者是否在生前有做过受益人提名。若是有，CPF Board 会照着死者的意愿转账给受益人。

*以下的资讯是适用于非穆斯林 (non-muslims)，穆斯林需要根据 Syariah Law 来分配。

根据 Public Intestate Law 无遗嘱继承法令，死者若没有签署受益人提名或者遗嘱，他公积金 CPF 里的钱会先由公共信托 (Public Trustee Office) 来管理。

死者家属或亲人可以在公共信托的网站上申请成为受益人。

根据无遗嘱继承法令 Intestate Succession Act (Cap. 146)，受益人的先后顺序按以下排列。

有结婚的：

  1. 有配偶，无孩子，无父母 = 全数归幸存配偶
  2. 有配偶，无孩子，有父母 = 半份归幸存配偶， 半份归幸存父母平分
  3. 有配偶，有孩子，有父母 = 半份归幸存配偶， 半份由其儿女平分，若儿女过世了就归孙子代取。父母无权分配。

单身的：

  1. 有父母 = 全数归幸存父母平分
  2. 无父母，有兄弟姐妹 = 全数由死者的兄弟姐妹和其子女平分
  3. 无父母，无兄弟姐妹和其子女，只有祖父母 =  全数归幸存祖父母平分
  4. 也没有祖父母，却有叔叔阿姨 = 全数归幸存的 叔叔阿姨平分

*若是死者决定葬在新加坡，这法令才会生效。

Q2: 让公共信托局来管理公积金的钱，需要付费吗？

当然需要！有一次性的管理费和 GST，会直接从死者的公积金里扣除。受益人需自付一次性的15块新币。

若是死者有50万新币的公积金，管理费是3,084块新币，还需外加GST。

若是有超过50万新币，管理费会照算哦。

Q3: 等多久才会收到分配的公积金呢？

收到完整资料后的四个星期内。

Q4: 要到哪里申请继承死者的公积金呢？

只需到上网申请和提交资料就行了。若是不明白的话，可以请一位你信任的人帮你一起完成。

Q5: 如何做 CPF Nomination 公积金受益人提名？

只需10分钟上网完成4步就搞定，非常简单！

第一步，填写你自己的电话号码和电邮

第二步，填写你的受益人资料：

  • 全名
  • 新加坡的身份证号码
  • Email address 电邮地址
  • 分配比例（总共必须是100%）

第三步，两位见证人资料，你的受益人不可以是你的见证人。

  • 全名
  • 新加坡的身份证号码
  • Email address 电邮地址
  • 手机号码

*如果你的受益人/见证人是外国人，需要填入他们的邮件住址 (mailing address). 

第四步，你的见证人会收到信息和电邮通知他去 CPF 网站里确认他的个人信息是正确的，验证后就完成啦。非常方便～

最后一步？

其实不仅仅是公积金需要做受益人提名，你手上所有的保险都需要做受益人提名。同时，你也应该做一份遗书来把其余的产业和收藏品分配好。这样你才能把你的爱留给你爱的人。
