拿到新加坡PR后要注意的14个重要事项（成功申请新加坡PR需知！）

恭喜你获得新加坡永久居民（PR）身份！成为PR后，你将享有许多福利，但也需要履行一些义务。以下是获得PR后需要注意和办理的重要事项：

 

1. 更新 SingPass 的账户

  • 用新身份登陆SingPass：你将会收到一封包含“SingPass首次登录密码”的信件。你需要登出旧账户，才能登录新的PR账户。

 

2. 开通公积金账户（CPF）

  • 重要性：公积金是新加坡的强制储蓄计划，用于医疗、住房和退休金。PR身份生效后，雇主和员工必须为CPF供款。
  • 操作步骤：若首次成为PR，CPF供款将按照递增的比例分阶段实施（通常分三年）。
  • 保健储蓄计划 （Medisave）可点阅：公积金其中一个账户，可用来支付基础医疗保险、基本人寿保险以及终身护保计划。

 

3. 更新保险计划

  • 升级医疗保险：作为PR，你将自动加入政府的MediShield Life医疗保险，可报销部分住院费用。如果已有个人医疗住院保险，需联系你的保险经纪更新为PR身份，享受更高的报销比例和优惠。
  • 补充保障（可点阅）：考虑购买综合健保计划（Integrated Shield Plan）、重疾险、人寿险等，确保全面保障。

 

4. 了解自动默认生效的保险计划（通过 Medisave支付）

  • 基础医疗保险（MediShield Life）：享有政府提供的基础医疗保障，同时可通过公积金账户(Medisave) 升级成综合健保计划（IP），覆盖更高的医疗费用。
  • 家属保障计划 （Dependant’s Protection Scheme）：政府推出的定期人寿保险计划让21至65岁的公民和永久居民自动加入。
  • 终身护保计划（CareShield Life）：若你无法进行6项日常生活活动（ADLs）中的3项，将为你提供每月财务津贴支持。限于30岁以上的PR。

 

5. 更新税务信息

  • PR身份可享受本地税率优惠。前往IRAS网站，在指定表格上填写信息，以确保税务记录已迁移至新的PR身份。

如何节税（可点阅）：

  • 为自己的CPF账户充值，减轻税务负担。
  • 通过赡养配偶、父母或抚养子女等措施获取额外节税优惠（需符合条件）。
  • 为自己的SRS账户充值。

 

6. 更新住房计划

  • 买房更有优势：PR仅需支付5%的额外买方印花税（ABSD），远低于外国人的30%。
  • 公积金使用：可利用公积金支付房贷首付和月供，降低现金压力。
  • 注意事项：首次购房需选择公共组屋（HDB），并满足最低居住年限（MOP）规定。

 

7. 更新水电费、银行账户、电信卡 （Sim Card）等

  • 确保你更新了你的新PR身份信息，以便继续收到相关账单和通讯。

 

8. 更新驾照和LTA车辆信息

  • 驾照：拿到PR后，你可上网预定时间，前往交通警察局更换为无限期的新加坡驾照。带上新加坡身份证和一张照片，支付相关费用，几天后你的新驾照将邮寄到你的地址。
  • LTA车辆信息：如果你拥有车辆，前往LTA（新加坡土地交通管理局）网站下载M19表格，填写并提交，以确保车辆信息已成功转移至新PR身份。

 

9. 更新/启动 Active SG+ 账号

  • 享有津贴：用新的SingPass登陆新账号后，自动享有免费100块新币credits津贴。

 

10. 注册国家服务（NS）义务

  • 若你的孩子或男性家属在获得PR时未满18岁，可能需要履行国家服役义务。这是申请PR时需了解的重要条款之一。

 

11. 申请国家图书馆账户

  • 前往国家图书馆注册一个新的账号。这样你可以借阅图书，通常是免费的，且无需年费。

 

12. 考虑申请公民身份

  • PR身份满2年后，若你有长期定居和融入新加坡社会的意愿，可申请新加坡公民。成为公民后你将享有完整的福利和新加坡护照。

 

13. 关注孩子的教育规划

  • PR身份让你的孩子可以以更优惠的学费申请本地学校。
  • 若希望申请国际学校或重点学校，请提前规划教育预算和申请流程。

 

14. 制定长期财务、保障和退休规划

PR身份的公积金制度和税务优惠为储蓄和投资创造了良好条件：

  • 投资规划：可通过CPF投资计划（CPFIS）实现资金增值。
  • 保障计划：建议做好基础的保障，把生重病的风险转移给保险公司，才能安心生活和打拼。
