新加坡公积金 CPF 自动帮你买入的3个保险，在新加坡工作的你必知！

在新加坡工作，只要有公积金 CPF，就自动拥有这3份保险！

你知道是哪3个吗？

1. Medishield Life 住院险/医疗险

  • 公立医院(Government and Restructured Hospital) 的 B2 和 C 级病房（多人间）的大部分治疗费用。
  • 一些重大疾病的非住院治疗，例如癌症化疗、洗肾透析等。
  • 它每年的理赔上限 (Annual Claim Limit) 为 $150,000。
  • 如果你选择去私立医院或公立医院的高档病房，由于报销上限(claim limit)，最终只能报销一小部分费用（Pro-rated Factor）。

 

 2. Careshield Life 终身护理计划

  • 在你不能自理需要别人看护你的时候，补贴你的生活费（每个月最少600块新币）
  • 每个人最基本的每日生活动作有6个，只要不能做3个就可以申请赔付生活费了。
  • 6个日常生活动作包括：
    • 进食 – 自行将食物送入口中和吞咽的能力
    • 穿衣 – 自行穿脱衣物（包括使用辅具）的能力
    • 如厕 – 自行如厕和清洁的能力
    • 洗澡 – 自行进行沐浴或淋浴的能力
    • 行动 – 在房间内自由走动的能力
    • 转移 – 从一个位置移动到另一个位置（例如从床到椅子）的能力
  • 这是30岁之后才会自动买入。

 

3. Dependent Protection Scheme 受供养者保障计划

  • 这是一份定期寿险 (Term Life Insurance)
  • 保额有7万新币，做为无法工作的收入补偿。
  • 指定的3个情况可以理赔：身故，终身残废或得了绝症时。
  • 这笔钱给予家庭的基础保障。

这个金额真的非常基础，照理来说，定期寿险的保额是一个人的未来10年的收入。

比如，作为一家之主的你原本还可以好好工作养家，但是突然发生意外上天堂了。那么你的家人现在要靠谁呢？

这个保额就能派上用场，作为你原本能赚10年的收入来作为失去你的补偿。

 

 

这3种都是基础的保障。若想获得更多的保障，你可以考虑升级你的保障或做 policy review看看你还缺少哪些保障。

Upgrade的时候也可以用政府设定的 Medisave allowance limit 额度来付你的保费，减低人民的负担。

 

最后还有两个一般人不会直接联想到的保险：

(1) CPF Life 退休养老金

 

(2) Home Protection Scheme 住屋保障计划

  • 当你买 HDB 政府组屋时，自动买入的房屋定期寿险 Mortgage Reducing Term Life Insurance （跟马来西亚的 MRTA一样的）。
  • 寿险的保额跟你的贷款金额是一样的，当你的loan amount 变少，保额也会变少，保费也会跟着便宜。
  • 由 CPF 提供的抵押贷款保险，保障住户在未还清 HDB 房屋贷款前，如果不幸发生：
    • 身故
    • 完全永久伤残
    • 末期疾病
  • HPS 将赔偿剩余房贷，帮助家庭保住房屋，不必担心失去住所。
