新加坡的保健储蓄 Medisave 的5大用处（新加坡新移民必知！）

新加坡新移民必须了解的 Medisave 保健储蓄的5大用处

Medisave是新加坡新移民，包括永久居民和公民，有开始上缴公积金 CPF的才能享受的福利。我在这里以Q&A的方式来简单解释这5大用处。

 

1. 保健储蓄（Medisave）有什么用处？

  1. 可为你自己或家人的医疗费用储蓄，包括住院和某些门诊治疗费用。
  2. 可用于升级你的终身健保计划（MediShield Life）。
  3. 可用于支付你的家属保障计划 (Dependent Protection Scheme) 的保费。
  4. 可用于升级你的终身护保计划（CareShield Life）。
  5. 在你去世后，保健储蓄账户里的钱将以现金形式分配给你的CPF受益人。

2. 保健储蓄（Medisave）的钱从哪里来的？

公积金里面有分三个账户：

OA: Ordinary Account

SA: Special Account

MA: Medisave Account

从你每个月上缴的公积金里面自动分成三份，Medisave 的分配是最少的。通常第一年成为永久居民的都必须自掏腰包，充钱进去 Medisave 户口来还自带的保费。以下为你解释有哪些保费。

3. Medisave 升级的第一个计划 – 终身健保计划（MediShield Life）是什么呢？

  • 为高额住院费用和部分门诊治疗提供保障，减少你的自付费用 (co-payment).
  • 无论年龄或健康状况如何，CPF会员都自动获得覆盖，年度医疗费用上限为$150,000，适用于B2或C级病房。

新加坡的保健储蓄 Medisave 的5大用处（新加坡新移民必知！） — Engage

  • 你的住院险(hospitalisation plan)/综合健保计划（Integrated Shield Plan）中的MediShield Life部分可完全用Medisave支付。（以上图里的 “基础”）
  • 额外的住院险部分也可以用 Medisave 支付，但仅限于以下每年的提取限额：（以上图里的 “Medisave – yearly limit”）
    • 40岁及以下：每年$300
    • 41至70岁：每年$600
    • 71岁及以上：每年$900
    • 也可以用这个额度帮自己的伴侣和孩子支付他们各自的 MediShield Life. 
  • 超出部分需用现金支付 (以上图里的 “Your cash $$”)
  • 外国人没有 Medisave 和 MediShield Life，所以必须付住院险的全额保费。
  • 如果你已经买了新加坡的住院险，记得把政府寄到你家的 Medishield Life 信收起来，并拍照给你的保险经纪看。这样他们就能在系统里面帮你更新。你以后就只需要付额外的部分了。

4. Medisave 升级的第二个计划 – 家属保障计划（Dependant’s Protection Scheme）是什么呢？

  • 一份定期人寿保险计划 
  • 21至65岁的公民和永久居民自动加入的
  • 保费自动从Medisave账户中扣除
  • 在60岁之前死亡、末期疾病或完全永久性残疾的情况下，提供高达 $70,000的赔偿。
  • 在60-65岁之间，高达 $55,000的赔偿。
  • 这不是强制性计划，你可以选择退出

5. Medisave 升级的第三个计划 – 终身护保计划（CareShield Life）是什么呢？

  • 入保年龄为30岁。
  • 如果你无法进行6项日常生活活动（ADLs）中的3项，将为你提供财务津贴支持（每月收入）
  • 6项日常生活活动（ADLs）： 洗澡、如厕、穿衣、进食、行走和转移。
  • 你可以每年从 Medisave 账户中提取最多S$600来增加保障（就是未来每月的收入津贴，可以增加大约新币1千，实际的金额需照年龄计算）

6. 过世后，我 Medisave 里的钱会怎么分配给我的受益人呢？

  • Medisave account 里面的钱会跟其他两个账户结合起来。
  • 若你有做公积金受益人提名， CPF Board 会跟着你的意愿分配。
  • 若你没有做，你的全数金额会交给公共信托局管理，还有管理费。
