新加坡重疾险：必知的7大重点（它不是医疗住院险!）

什么是重疾险？为什么需要它？What is Critical Illness Insurance?

重疾险是守护家庭经济的重要屏障，尤其在医疗费用高企的今天。但它和医疗险有不同的功能，是互补的特性。

一份合适的保单，不仅能减轻经济压力，还能让我们在关键时刻安心无忧。

那么，面对市场上琳琅满目的产品，我们该如何选择？

 

1. 选 PAR Fund（分红险）还是 ILP（投连险）？

  • 分红险（Participating Fund）
    投保人的保费统一进入保险公司管理的投资池，收益分为保证部分和非保证部分。
    ✅ 适合人群：绝大多数人，因为有保证利益，缴费期固定，终身受保障。
  • 投连险（ILP）
    本质是投资产品，重疾保障作为附加险，收益不保证，投资风险需投保人承担。
    ⚠️ 适合人群：熟悉投资且愿意承担高风险的人。可能需额外注资以维持保单有效。

总结：绝大部分家庭更适合选择分红险，投连险需慎重评估风险。

 

2. 疾病保障范围：早期保障很重要！Early Critical Illness coverage is very important!

虽然重大疾病定义由新加坡保险协会统一制定，但早期疾病保障各公司有所不同：

  • 某些公司仅保障原位癌的指定器官；
  • 有些公司则保障所有器官的原位癌。

建议：优先选择癌症保障范围广的产品，尤其关注早期癌症 (Early Stage Critical Illness)。

 

3. 全残保障年限：别忽略！(Total Permanent Disability is also important!)

不同公司对全残的保障年限差异大：

  • 有些提供终身保障；
  • 有些仅限到70岁。

建议：优选全残保障终身的产品。

 

4. 保额倍数：关键时期多保障！

倍数功能（如2倍、3倍）能提升保额至某一年龄：

  • 例如，投保20万，2倍倍数至70岁，则70岁前保额为40万，70岁后恢复为20万。

建议：在经济能力允许范围内，选择更高倍数以满足关键时期需求。

 

5. 保额递增：对抗通货膨胀！

部分保险公司允许保额随时间递增，例如：

  • 投保30万，30年后保额可能增至45万（非保证收益），但保费固定不变。

建议：优先选择有递增功能的产品，更好应对未来经济压力。

 

6. 保费缴付期、保障期和未来的现金价值：了解自己的需求！

  • 终身重疾险：缴费期可选10/20/25年，保障终身，总保费相对较高，未来有现金价值。
  • 定期重疾险：缴费期与保障期相同，期限灵活，总保费较低，但未来没有现金价值。
    建议：选择保障至65或70岁，满足大多数人的需求。

总结：终身重疾险适合追求长期保障的人，而定期重疾险适合预算有限且更关注特定阶段风险的人。

 

7. 比较保单要 Apple-to-Apple

  • 只看保费高低是远远不够的，否则无法得出真实参考价值。
  • 确保两份保单的所有保障参数一致，如保额、倍数、保障年限等，再做对比。
