什么是家族信托

家族信托是一种财产管理方式，富人将资产委托给信托机构管理，达到财富规划和传承的目的。资产的所有权与收益权分离，信托机构掌管资产，收益按照委托人的意愿分配给受益人 (通常是家人)。
