一文讲清楚 投保人，被保人，受益人

 

在保险中，我们经常谈到三个“人”，那就是被保人，投保人！和受益人，大家有时候傻傻的分不清，今天跟大家浅浅的聊一下。

首先来讲被保人

被保人就是保险合同里保障的人，如果被保人生病了、残疾了、身故了，就理赔，其他“人”出事通通不赔。

被保人不可以变更。我们想想，保障的主体都不同了，当然就需要重新另立一份新合同，而不能用旧合同来代替，所以被保人是不能变更的。

接下来就是投保人

投保人，通俗来说就是交保费的那个人，既然交了钱，这张保单就是投保人的私人财产，而不是我们通常认为的被保人的私人财产。这样不难理解，谁出钱买的保单，就是谁的私人财产，对吧。有的时候你会发现投保人和被保人不是一个人，那这种情况通常是发生在被保人没有经济能力的情况下，比如孩子、全职妈妈或者年老的父母，他们就需要一个有经济能力的人来交保费，这个交保费的人就是投保人。

投保人可以变更，通常孩子长大，父母就可以把投保人从父母变更为子女本人。这就意味着孩子需要自己给这张保单缴费了。而全职妈妈的保单也最好是把投保人改在自己的名下，因为保单是投保人的私人财产，投保人可以自己决定是否退保而不需要通知被保人。如果全职妈妈作为被保人不知道自己已经被退保，却还一直认为自己有保障，这其实是一种比较危险的情况。

变更投保人的操作很简单，填一张变更投保人的申请表，保险公司就会给你处理好，或者直接找你的保险经纪人也行

投保人在保单缴费完成之前去世，怎么处理？如果买有保费豁免这个附加险的话，那投保人去世，后面的保费直接豁免，保单仍然生效。如果没有这个附加险，那么需要转换保单的投保人。

最后一个是受益人

受益人通常就是那个领取保险理赔金的人。

受益人一般分为两种：生存受益人和身故受益人。一般生存受益人都默认为是被保人自己，因为被保人还活着，比如重疾、伤残、住院险的理赔金都是支付给被保人。而身故受益人就是我们指定的，在被保人身故后，领身故理赔金的人。

如果已经指定了受益人，而这个受益人又先于被保险人身故的话，那就需要及时的去保险公司更改受益人。
