买完保单，千万别忘记的一件小事

买完保险，别忘了这件重要的小事！

通常大家买完保险，保费缴付之后，保险文件收纳好，认为就可以高枕无忧了。其实啊，这后面还有一件挺重要的小事情，经常被大家忽视了。这就是保单受益人的指定。这件小事看起来对保单影响不大，但当风险来到时，就显得尤为重要

什么是保单受益人指定呢？

就是寿险保单、健康保单或者一些商业年金险保单，只要保单包含有死亡利益的保单，这种保单的投保人指定的在投保人身故后接受保险公司的死亡赔偿金的人。如果投保人没有按照自己的意愿来指定受益人的话，那么身故保险赔偿金就进入投保人的遗产，按照法定继承人的顺序来进行分配。

那么为什么说我们鼓励投保人指定保单受益人呢？

主要是因为保单如果有指定的受益人，理赔过程会更快，更顺畅。而如果没有指定受益人，走法律程序的话，费时又费力，还有可能产生一些家庭纠纷。在一些极端情况下，保险赔偿金可能给到跟投保人毫无关系的人手中。

指定受益人其实是非常容易的，它分为可撤销指定和不可撤销指定。投保人一旦进行了不可撤销指定，那么这张保单的所有的生存利益和死亡利益都直接属于了受益人，跟投保人没啥关系了，投保人还得付保费。如果想改换这个受益人指定，还需要所有目前的受益人同意才行，不然不能改动。所以这个不可撤销指定灵活性非常的差，大部分人是不太使用这个不可撤销指定的。不可撤销指定有一个好处是保险赔偿金在破产情况下是免受债权人追偿的，所以这笔赔偿金可以安心留给配偶和孩子，不用担心会被债权人拿走还债。

大部分人都使用的是可撤销受益人指定。这个指定就相当的灵活，投保人可以 随时根据自己的意愿指定和改变受益人。投保人仍然对保单具有控制权, 投保人仍然接受生存利益的支付，死亡利益才支付给指定的受益人。

如何进行受益人指定呢？

最简单的是让你的理财顾问协助你完成。

如果是因为各种原因，你已经找不到你的理财顾问，也可以直接在保险公司的官网下载可撤销受益人指定表格( Form4: Revocable Nomination)。然后投保人必须在两名至少年满21岁的成年见证人在场的情况下，正确完整地填写表格，表格不得有涂改，签署日期必须一致。见证人不可以是任何提名的受益人或受益人的配偶。

最后一点要记住，指定受益人可以随时改变，所以当你生活发生变化时，比如结婚，生孩子后，可能你都会需要去改变这个指定受益人，所以这个指定受益人可以在每年的保单检视时一起重新审视一下，看是否需要变动。
