什么是保险金信托？

我们都知道信托是一个很好的财富传承的工具，但是大家可能有一个印象就是设立信托的门槛很高，动则需要上千万资产才能设立，虽然说这个印象不一定是对，因为信托设立门槛不同国家和不同的信托公司都不一样。今天给大家分享一个保险金信托，它是信托的一种，但它是一个平民版的信托，非常容易撬动。

什么是保险金信托？ — Engage

我们先看看什么是保险金信托。简单来讲就是，投保人也就是我们，首先向保险公司购买终身寿险，这里多说一句为什么要是终身寿险，因为我们终有离去的一天，终身寿险是一定会得到理赔的，这就可以保证一定有一笔约定的财产进入信托。买好保单之后，我们再去跟信托公司签订一个保险金信托合同，设立一个XX保险金信托。保险金信托设立好之后，我们将这张保单注入这个保险金信托，同时我们需要把这张保单的受益人变更为XX保险金信托。这样当身故发生后，保险公司就可以直接将理赔金打入我们设立的XX保险金信托。此时保险金信托就正式运作起来，信托公司就根据签订的信托合同来管理和分配信托财产给我们指定的受益人。

保险金信托除了有信托所有的优缺点以外，它有一个最大的好处就是亲民。目前一般家族信托设立的门槛都是要求委托资产规模不得低于1000万，但是有的家庭不愿意马上放那么多钱到信托里，或者我目前资产总量还没达到1000万。这个时候就可以使用保险金信托来帮忙。比如我要设立一个1000万的保险金信托，只要保额达到一千万就可以了。比如一个40岁的人要设立一个保险金信托，新加坡有一款终身寿险是可以达到10倍杠杆进行投保的，那这个40岁的投保人就只需要100万左右的保费就可以获得1000万的保额，当身故发生时，这1000万就可以进入到信托之中。那有朋友说我一次性拿100万出来也挺困难的，不要着急，因为终身寿险是允许保额分期缴纳，如果按10年时间来计算，一年只需交10万，所以我们用10万就可以轻松撬动这个1000万的保险金信托。是不是感觉有点心动呢？
