新加坡，公积金受益人指定 CPF Normination

我们今天聊一聊CPF 受益人指定，也就是CPF nomination。大家可能不太清楚，CPF的受益人指定是必须要在公积金局的官网上进行的，否则CPF账户里面的钱就会按照继承法来继承，每个法定继承人的继承比例是固定的，由哪些人继承也是法定的。新加坡的继承法规定一旦结婚有了孩子，就只有配偶和孩子才是法定继承人，父母不再是法定继承人。如果想让父母继承部分自己的CPF资金，就必须要进行指定。

有的朋友就说我把CPF的资金包括在我的遗嘱里面就好了，但是在新加坡，遗嘱是不能够覆盖你在CPF账户中的钱的。为什么会这样呢？因为我们留在遗嘱中的钱是可以被债权人追讨的。而政府想让你在CPF账户中的钱全部留给你的家人，你爱的人，任何的债权人都无法主张你在CPF中的钱，所以你就需要单独在CPF官网上去指定受益人而不是把它放在自己的遗嘱中

如果没有进行CPF受益人指定，而是走的法定继承程序，这一过程大概会持续6个月，政府还会收费，继承人还要提供证明文件来证明你们之间的继承关系。这会是相当费时、费力的过程。当然如果我们进行了指定的话，不但没有收费，而且只需大概6个星期就可以办好这一切的继承事宜。

大家如果还有没指定CPF受益人的，赶快去官网指定吧，记住一点，受益人指定是可以随时修改的，尤其是离婚后，CPF的受益人指定是不会自动修改的，如果不打算留给前妻或前夫，就需要重新再做一遍nomination就行。
