一文了解新加坡税务：你的收入超标了吗？

不少刚到新加坡工作的朋友常问：“我的工资是税前还是税后？” 其实，除了工资组成，个人所得税也是需要了解的一部分。今天，我们来简要解析新加坡的个税规则，帮助你更清楚自己的纳税责任。

 

1. 谁需要缴交个人所得税？

以下人群需要缴税：

  1. 新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）。
  2. 在新加坡工作或居住超过183天的外籍人士（公司董事除外）。
  3. 凡是居住61到183天的外籍人士不需要交税，但要按非税务居民的规则计算税额。

注意：即使收入低于免税标准，还是需要提交税务申报材料。

 

2. 新加坡的个人所得税税率怎样计算？

新加坡采用累进税率制，税率从0%至22%，收入越高，税率越高。

  • 年收入低于20,000新币：免税，但仍需提交报税表。
  • 年收入超过20,000新币：根据不同收入区间，按累进税率缴税。

 

3. 举例计算税额

1) 年收入$50,000的情况

  • 前$20,000免税。
  • $20,001-$30,000部分，税率2%：10,000×2%=$200
  • $30,001-$40,000部分，税率5%：10,000×3.5%=$350
  • $40,001-$50,000部分，税率7%：10,000×7%=$700

总税额：$200 + $350 + $700 = $1,250

2) 月薪$3,500的情况（年收入$42,000）

  • 前$20,000免税。
  • $20,001-$30,000部分，税率2%：10,000×2%=$200
  • $30,001-$40,000部分，税率5%：10,000×3.5%=$350
  • $40,001-$42,000部分，税率7%：2,000×7%=$140

总税额：$200 + $350 + $140 = $690

 

4. 减免个税方法有哪些？

在新加坡，作为公民或PR，您可以通过以下方式减税：

  • 子女抚养费
  • 赡养父母费
  • 职业培训费
  • 保险费
  • 公积金（CPF）缴款
  • SRS（补充退休计划）供款
  • 慈善捐款

这些支出可以减少您的应税收入，从而降低税负。

 

5. 如何报税？

  • 登录myTax Portal完成 E-Filing网上申报。
  • 申报时间通常在每年3月至4月，逾期可能会面临罚款。
