在新加坡，是否应考虑配置防癌险？

根据新加坡卫生部（MOH）的数据显示，癌症是该国的主要死因，每年约有四分之一的死亡与癌症有关。近年癌症发病率急剧上升，平均每天有44人确诊，16人因癌症去世。

 

新加坡常见癌症类型：

男性发病率最高的三种癌症依次是：结肠直肠癌、前列腺癌和肺癌。

女性发病率最高的三种癌症依次是：乳腺癌、结肠直肠癌和子宫内膜癌。

 

新加坡住院险大调整：

从2023年起，住院险对癌症门诊的报销将仅限于癌症药物清单上的药品，并为不同药品设置单独的报销限额。因此，除了住院险外，配置足够保障额度的重疾险或防癌险变得越来越重要。

重疾险是一个不错的选择，但需要注意，有些人购买了重疾险，但可能没涵盖早期癌症，因为早期重疾险的保费较高。一旦确诊早期癌症，保单持有人可能面临困难：若想休息一段时间，就得动用积蓄。

 

防癌险的优势有哪些？

  1. 癌症是常见的重大疾病，防癌险专门保障癌症，通常涵盖癌症的所有阶段。
  2. 防癌险的健康告知较为宽松，因为只提供癌症方面的保障，而重疾险覆盖新加坡人寿保险协会（LIA）定义的多种重大疾病。
  3. 防癌险比重疾险便宜，对于已投保重疾险的人来说，可以选择购买多一份防癌险，增加癌症方面的保障。

 

最后，如果有能力购买重疾险，建议优先购买重疾险，因为它的保障范围更广。防癌险则适合作为重疾险的补充，帮助提高癌症方面的保障额度。
