新加坡工作者须知 ! : 在新加坡购买保险能节税吗？

在新加坡，购买保险和储蓄计划虽然不能直接减税，但在某些特定情况下和账户安排下，依然可以帮助你实现税务优化。以下文章将举例说明：

1. 公积金（CPF）相关的医疗保险

  • 您支付的MediShield Life（终身健保）和IP（私人综合健保计划）基本保费可以通过Medisave账户扣除，但这些扣除的Medisave金额本身并不享有额外的税务减免。
  • 附加险（Rider）部分需要用现金支付，且没有税务优惠。

2. 人寿保险减税

作为外国人，由于没有公积金账户（CPF Account），你仍然可以通过以下方式享受保险减税：

  • 符合条件的人寿保险：
    • 你为自己或配偶购买的合规人寿保险保费，可享受最高S$5,000的税务减免（不包括为子女购买的保险）。
      • 例如，如果你支付了S$4,000的保费，你可以将该金额从应税收入中扣除，从而减少税负。

3. 自愿性公积金充值（Voluntary CPF Contributions）

外国人无法享受此项减税，但新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）可以通过为自己的CPF、SA或MA账户充值，获得每年最高S$8,000的税务减免。

4. 补充退休储蓄账户（SRS Account）

  • 最高额度：
    新加坡公民或永久居民每年可享受最多S$15,300的个税减免；外籍人士则为S$35,700,从而减少应税收入。
  • 节税实例：
    假设您的年收入为S$135,700，如果向SRS账户存入上限S$35,700，您的应税收入将降至S$100,000，这样可以节省相当可观的税款。
  • 退休规划与PR申请加分：
    SRS账户不仅有助于积累退休储蓄，还能展示您的长期财务规划能力，这可能对申请新加坡永久居民身份（PR）产生积极影响。

5. 职业相关保险

某些与职业相关的保险可能符合税务扣除条件，例如：企业主为员工购买的保障性保险。

6.赡养与抚养的税务减免

如果你为家人提供保障或承担赡养义务，可能通过以下方式获得税务优惠：

  • 赡养老人税务减免：为父母或祖父母支付医疗费用符合税务减免条件，但保费本身通常不直接减税。
  • 赡养父母减税：如果你的父母与您同住，且其中一位年满55岁，去年收入不超过S$4,000，并在新加坡居住超过八个月，你可以获得S$9,000的税务抵免。
  • 配偶减税：如果你的配偶去年年收入低于S$4,000，你可能享有S$2,000的配偶抵税额。

7. SRS和投资结合的潜力

你存入SRS的金额可以用于投资，如股票、基金或年金计划，这不仅帮助资金增值，还能享受税务减免的双重好处。

8. 投资类保险计划（Investment-linked Policy）
