新加坡SRS投资全攻略

什么是SRS

SRS（补充退休储蓄计划）是新加坡的一项自愿退休储蓄计划，始于2001年，旨在帮助新加坡公民、永久居民以及外国人（EP 工作签证）为退休储蓄。SRS账户由三家新加坡本地银行管理，包括：

  • DBS
  • OCBC
  • UOB

开通账户要符合以下资格标准：

  1. 至少18岁
  2. 不是未清偿债务的破产者
  3. 未患有精神障碍，且能够自我管理及处理个人事务

 

SRS 好处

SRS的最大优势在于减税。只需在每年12月31日之前将资金存入SRS账户，您就可以在下一年报税时从应纳税收入中扣除相应金额。新加坡公民和永久居民每年最多可享受S$15,300的税收减免，而外国人则可享受最多S$35,700的减免。

举例：若一名公民当年的纳税收入为S$120,000，并存入S$15,300到SRS账户，那么其税前收入将减少S$15,300，节省的税款约为S$1,760（S$15,300×11.5%）。

注意：个人所得税减免的年限额为S$80,000。

 

SRS 限制

SRS账户有一些限制，若在法定退休年龄之前提取资金，将会被收取5%的罚款。然而，这仍然是相当划算的。例如，如果您已经连续三年向SRS存入资金，总额为S$45,900，想要一次性提取，您需要支付S$2,295的税款和罚款。

计算一下，前三年存入SRS所节省的个人所得税为S$5,280，这样一看，还是非常划算的！

 

SRS 投资选择

SRS账户的利息较低，远不及CPF的高利率。因此，存入SRS账户的资金应尽量用于投资，以获取更高收益。通过SRS账户，您可以进行以下8种投资，帮助扩展您的退休投资组合：

  1. 债券
  2. 股票
  3. ETF
  4. 房地产投资信托基金（REITs）
  5. 新加坡储蓄债券
  6. 基金
  7. 保险产品（如退休年金险等）
  8. 定期存款
