55岁后CPF账户大变动！SA Account关闭后，资金去了哪里？

当你（新加坡公民或永久居民PR）满 55岁时，你的公积金CPF Special Account (SA) 会自动关闭，并将其余额转入新的退休账户（Retirement Account, RA）。

 

什么是退休账户（RA)？

当您年满55岁时，政府会自动为您设立一个退休账户，您在SA账户中的资金会自动转移到RA账户，以确保您达到一定的最低退休金额。这个新账户的资金主要用于退休后生活支出的保障，依然享有4%的利息。

 

剩余的存款去哪了？

如果您的Special Account (SA) 还有额外存款，它会被转入到您的Ordinary Account (OA)，享有2.5%的利息。除此之外，你还可以随时提取OA里的余额！

 

还有哪些更高利息的退休工具可选？

除了 CPF，许多人会搭配其他工具来增加退休收入：

1. Singapore Savings Bond (SSB)

  • 最新利率：7%
  • 政府担保，安全稳健
  • 每月可领利息，流动性高

2. 年金保险（Annuity）

  • 一次性或分期存入资金，每月领取固定“退休金”
  • 可以自由设定款项。
  • 这是保本的年金保险。
  • 年收益约2%, 长期稳定回报。

3. 分红基金（Dividend Fund）

  • 类似“金融房产”，就像买了房子，每年收“租金”
  • 年收益约4%，长期稳定分红。

CPF提供了一个稳固的退休基础，4%的利息为退休资金提供了稳健的保障。然而，若要实现更高回报，可考虑 SSB、年金或分红基金。
