Being a working mum is a juggling act, but you’ve got this! Here are some tips to help you find balance:

🟢 Define “balance” for YOU: It doesn’t always mean equal halves. Find what works for your family and career.
🟢 Communicate & delegate: Talk to your partner, family, and even colleagues – share responsibilities and ask for help!
🟢 Embrace “good enough”: Let go of perfectionism. Focus on quality time, not just quantity, with your family.
🟢 Schedule self-care: You can’t pour from an empty cup! Take time for activities you enjoy, even if it’s just 15 minutes.
🟢 Ditch the mom guilt: You’re doing an amazing job! Be proud of your accomplishments, both at work and at home.
