外国人如何在新加坡开银行账户

大家好，今天我想为大家介绍一下，外国人如何在新加坡拥有自己的银行账户呢？

首先啊，让我们了解一下在新加坡开户并且做理财有哪些优势呢？

资产隔离：新加坡作为亚洲金融中心，经济稳健，法制健全。标普、穆迪和惠誉三大评级公司的最近报告中，对新加坡的长期主权评级均达到“AAA”，评级展望均为“稳定；相对于香港账户来说新加坡作为独立国家，个人银行账户具有更高的私密性。

超低税率：新加坡公认的世界上税率最低的国家之一，相对于美加澳等发达国家，新加坡的税极低：无遗产税，无资本利得税和股息税， 能有效为投资人创造最大化收益。

全球配置：投资人可以选择单一货币账户或者多货币账户投资，投资币种和投资产品多样，投资范围涵盖全球。

安全保密：新加坡银行十分重视客户的隐私权，新加坡金融管理局设立了严格的监管和惩罚机制，最大程度上保障客户的账户安全和私密性。

如果您不能亲自到新加坡银行当面开户，可以远程进行开户哦！办理银行手续相对比较简单，一般只需身份证，护照和地址证明基本就足够了。假设说你现在居住的地方和身份证上不同，那就可能需要你再陈上一个地址证明文件，这个文件一般可以是三个月之内的银行的月结单、水电费和电话费等。

开户流程

1、资料提交: 基本资料表格填写(开户开申请书)、证件提交(身份证\护照)、开户中请书需签字原件寄送至新加坡。

2、电话复核: 新加坡客户经理根据客户所提交的CHECKLIST，电话与客户核实开户意愿以及客户填写资料信息。

3、开户受理: 银行总部接收到开户申请书原件后开始受理开户业务。

4、开户完成: 开户完成后将EMAIL通知客户。

5、开户激活: 客户收到银行卡银行卡密码信封按照操作指引完成银行卡激活。

新加坡开户常见问题：

1. 没有新加坡准证可以开户吗？

没有长期准证是无法开通新加坡普通银行账户，但是可以开贵宾账户，账户余额要求20万新币或等值外币（各家银行略有区别），开户成功后可以用账户内的资金做理财，投资或购买保险等产品。

2.来新加坡才2天，开户时间够吗？

足够。根据申请人的背景，开户通常需要1-2个小时。

3.哪些客户属于高危客户，银行又不给开户，结果资料还被收去作为可疑用户？

相关信息在各大银行内部都是互通的，如果申请人被其他国家通报有过洗钱，受贿，走私，贩卖人口，参与恐怖活动等犯法行为将会被列入高危客户。

对于留学生和新移民，在新加破开户的时候有哪些事项呢？因为现在监管局控制的比较严格，有些银行是不接受现金存款，或者只接受现金存款的数量在20万到30万以下，如果你想要现金存款必须跟银行说清楚，还有你的转款是从第三方像朋友或者是公司户转款到你的个人户口，那对银行来说也是敏感的一件事，当时开户的时候你要说清楚这笔款项的由来。
