#新加坡保险，你必须知道这些事情！

新加坡亚洲金融中心，不仅仅是居住在新加坡的朋友们可以配置新加坡保险，很多外国人包括中国居民，都会专程飞来新加坡配置保险，理财。 新加坡金融市场发展非常成熟，金融机构繁多，金融产品也非常多，那么我们来到新加坡配置保险，有哪些注意事项呢？有哪些“坑”可以避的呢？ 让我一一为您讲解：

1，新加坡保险公司会倒闭吗？

2008年的全球金融危机中，美国国际集团（AIG）差点破产，这表明这种风险是存在的。为了给保险计划增加一层安全保障，新加坡在2011年推出了投保人保障基金计划。这意味着，即使有保险公司破产，你的保单仍然有效，可以正常进行索赔。

很多人可能对这个计划不太了解，有些甚至以为需要额外购买保险。实际上，只要在本地购买人寿、意外、保健或其他普通保险，你就自动获得了这个计划的保障。

最近，新加坡存款保险公司公布了这个计划的最新变化，并详细解释了如何保障本地投保人。简而言之，只要你在本地购买了人寿、意外、保健或其他普通保险，即使保险公司有问题，你的保单仍然有效，可以继续申请理赔。

而且，新加坡金融管理局有权指示新加坡存款保险公司将破产的业务转移到另一家保险公司。这就是说，政府在保障投保人权益方面有一定的监管和保障措施。

2，如果发生理赔，人不在新加坡，该怎么办？

因为新加坡成熟而且严格的保险规范，在新加坡的保险索赔争议是比较少的；我从业以来也受理过多起国外重疾理赔案例。新加坡保单的理赔是不需要投保人亲自来到新加坡的，您只需要把医院诊断证明或其他文件等翻译公证邮寄到新加坡即可，保险公司核保无误后直接打款或者寄支票。

3，在全球范围内出险都可以索赔吗？

这个问题经常会被问到，因为很多朋友其实只是在新加坡暂时居住，长久打算还是回国的，担心在新加坡买的保险以后回国不能索赔，浪费了钱，一直犹豫，拖延，错过了买保险的最佳时机。新加坡保单是在全球都可以理赔的。而且身故保险的排除也只有一条： 一年以内的自杀。

4，保险代理辞职了怎么办？

这种情况其实并不少见。由于保险业本来就是一个流动性非常大的行业，能留下来的人其实不到30%。所以其实新加坡本地也是有很多“孤儿”保单的。好的消息是，保险公司会把孤儿保单分给新的代理人，这样总是会有一个保险代理服务您。但现实情况往往是新的代理可能也做不久，然后又换了新的代理。尤其是客户在大陆的话，也很少联系，没办法见面，服务上面肯定是欠缺的。

所以在买保险前，一定要选择一位可信赖的保险代理。最起码从业3年以上（说明他/她在这个行业已经稳定）。独立保险经济人会更大可能的服务您一辈子，因为只要她还做，您的保单就可以跟着他。但是单一保险公司的代理人，如果跳到另外一个保险公司的话，那么她是没办法接管您的保单的。 再来就是不要贪便宜，很多保险代理人为了拿到单子，会返佣。首先，这个是违法的。第二，如果这个保险代理人靠返佣来做这个行业，他是很难长久的生存下去的，而且也缺乏一些专业性。 还有一些客户在银行买保险，其实银行的服务最差的，银行的代理人都是3个月换一个支行，他们只管销售，后期的服务几乎没有。打电话一般也是电子人服务，很难找到人工服务的。

好的保险代理人真的是非常的重要，尤其是有医疗背景的保险从业人员，在您最最需要的时候，一定是最能帮得到您。

5，不理解产品，盲目配置

很多客户在没有完全理解产品的情况下，因为保险代理说有促销，有活动，就匆忙付钱。然后第二年发现，根本不是自己需要的。为了一时的优惠，花了很多的冤枉钱。

所以在配置前，还是建议您多多比较，多多学习和了解。不要盲目配置。每个保险都有他的好处和限制，不可能一个保险满足您所有的需求。所以先明确自己的需求，然后再去找一个靠谱的保险经济为您服务。
