聊聊家庭资产配置之—为什么在新加坡要立遗嘱？

每年年头年尾都会有客户咨询遗嘱的事情，遗嘱这事其实真的是花小钱办大事，而且也没有想象中那么复杂， 新加坡政府也一直鼓励大家尽早设立LPA 和遗嘱。而且现在立遗嘱也不是律所的特权，我司就有相关服务，真的是物美价廉。

1）设立遗嘱的好处
很多人觉得遗嘱是有钱人的游戏， 其实在坡也跟住院险一样是刚需， 人人都建议配置， 为什么？
如果设立遗嘱，故去后向法庭申请遗嘱认证半年就可以搞定，如果没有遗嘱需要1-2年时间， 其中还牵涉到要支付律师费, 既费钱又费力。
其次可以按照个人意愿来分配财产，要知道如果没有遗嘱， 法律分配比例如下：请注意1和2自己的父母都是没有继承权的，尤其是在1只有配偶的情况下如果配偶再婚，后又不幸故去，那么你的财产就会被完全没有关系的Mr. husband 拿走了。

2 配偶 配偶 50%
孩子 孩子 50%
3 配偶 配偶 50%
父母 父母 50%
4 只有兄弟姐妹 兄弟姐妹 100%

2)设立遗嘱的条件
年满21岁就可以，需要在不受别人的影响下做出决定，只不过要事前考虑好财产分配比例，以及给单独某些人的特定礼物或者现金， 并需要写明特定礼品的品牌或者特定银行户头的账号等等。
如果收益人单一就是某个人， 那么很简单，就是100%拥有你的一切，不需要一一列明所有资产。

3）见证人
遗嘱里面需要要执行人， 如果有未成年小孩还需要有监护人，以及两位见证人签字方可生效， 见证人不能是遗嘱的收益人或者遗嘱执行人的亲属。

4）不属于遗嘱范围的资产
要注意如果带现金价值或者身故价值的已经指定收益人保单，公积金，以信托方式持有的财产， 或者联名户头这类的是不能用遗嘱来分配的。

最后：如果在人生重要节点比如结婚生子之类的需要及时更新遗嘱， 那么这个时候通常用新的遗嘱代替老的遗嘱。想要了解更多详情，私我吧！
