What’s the 1 approach to the 2 opposing realities in life?

What would you do if today is your last day on earth? Create enemies? Treasure relationships?

What would you do if you knew that you would live beyond 100 years old? Early retirement? Lifelong learning for lifelong earning?

I’ve seen those who are very fixated on “life is short, let’s party…” but live very long without health and wealth.

I’ve also seen those who are very fixated on “planning for the future, delay gratification…” but die young.

I’ve been confused by these 2 opposing realities for some time until I found this 1 approach – the difference between LIVING and PLANNING.
