公积金3户头第三季度利率重回4.08%，底利率的普通户头如何投资？

今年7月1日至9月30日，公积金特别户头、保健储蓄户头和退休这三个户头的利率为4.08%，比第二季增加0.03个百分点，第一季度也曾达到4.08%。普通户头年利率将保持在2.5％，建屋局优惠房贷利率也相应维持在2.6%。

普通账户利率只有2.5%，对于当下的较高利率水平，2.5%的利率算低了。其实CPF公积金账户里的钱是可以用来投资以增加退休储蓄的。本文带你了解公积金投资计划：

  1. 谁可以参与公积金投资计划（CPFIS）公民和PR在满足以下条件时，可以参与CPFIS投资：
  • 年满18岁；
  • 不是未解除破产状态；
  • 普通账户（OA）中有超过$2万；和/或
  • 特别账户（SA）中有超过$4万；以及
  • 已完成公积金投资计划自我认知问卷（SAQ）（适用于2018年10月1日后新投资者）。
  1. 可以投资的公积金储蓄有多少？公积金投资计划- 普通账户（CPFIS-OA）在保留$2万于普通账户（OA）后，超过2万的部分可以投资。此外，你只能将最多35%和10%的可投资储蓄分别投资于股票和黄金。可投资储蓄指的是你的OA余额以及你已用于投资和教育的公积金总和。其实我们的CPF里都已经算好了，只需登录查看即可。公积金投资计划- 特别账户（CPFIS-SA）在保留$4万于特别账户（SA）后，超过4万的部分可以投资。
  2. CPF网上查询可用于投资的普通账户（OA）和特别账户（SA）储蓄
  • 使用你的Singpass登陆网站my cpf > 选择my cpf > My dashboards > Investment；
  • 使用你的Singpass登录CPF Mobile应用程序> 选择My Investment；或者
  • 携带你的身份证前往任意CPF服务中心。

将公积金储蓄投资于各种投资产品，是为了增加退休储蓄。然而，公积金局并不推荐任何特定的产品提供商或包含在公积金投资计划（CPFIS）下的投资产品。上图为可投资产品列表。

  • 机会成本:考虑你从公积金账户中获得的利率以及投资的成本（即投资产品的费用和收费）。只有在你有信心赚取超过公积金利率的情况下，才应该投资你的公积金储蓄。
