在新加坡如果生病住院了，4招帮你100%报销医疗账单

从2021年起，新加坡已经没有100%报销的住院保险了，最多也只能报销到95%。2023年又出了癌症治疗药物名单（CDL），名单上的药物有报销额度限制，名单之外（Non-CDL）的费用也要自己付。那么不能报销的费用该怎么办呢？

4招帮你100%报销：

第一招是公司的团体险（Group Insurance） 个人报销完住院险之后，会有一个结算信（settlement letter），就可以提交这个结算信向自己的公司保险索赔。

第二招是意外保险（Personal Accident） 如果住院是因为意外导致的，那共同承担的部分就可以用意外险来报销。

第三招是住院入息保险或者住院津贴（Hospital Income Insurance） 在住院期间，保险公司提供每日住院的现金津贴，以减轻病人经济上的负担，使病人能够安心修养。

第四招也是最重要的一招，重大疾病保险（Critical Illness） 在面对像癌症或是其他重大疾病而住院时，长期的康复治疗和术后休养都需要很大一笔开销。如果有购买重疾险的话，保险公司会一次性支付等于保额的赔付款，病人可以用来支付住院险不能全额报销的部分。另外，更重要的是可以应对生病后需要的额外生活开支，以及因无法继续工作而造成的收入损失。

新加坡医疗费用昂贵，落地新加坡生活后，尽早配置基本的住院保险，裸奔风险很高，再来填补其他保险，把不能报销的部分填补上，和含重大疾病的寿险。
